From the first moment I called Cascade Appliance Service Limited to the moment my oven turned back on, it was a great experience that was completely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. My oven decided to break on New Year's Day and I started to call the top 5 repair service on Homestars. One after another, most other places were either obviously closed or lacking good customer service. When I called Cascade, Steve's 'office manager' was incredibly courteous, warm, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to help figure out a quote for the most common problem and book an appointment within minutes. I was pretty impressed considering other places didn't even want to think what would be the most common root cause for the failure. It was like pulling teeth to get a general range for the costs from the other repair service.
Steve arrived exactly on time and sure enough, they were right about what failed... he was saying the ignitor failing is most the common occurrence with all the symptoms described on the phone. Since they had a general idea what was the solution, they were smart and asked for the model number ahead of time to get the part. So when he confirmed the issue after checking everything out, he had the exact part ready and everything was fixed in less than an hour. I definitely appreciated how they accepted credit cards as well and he even had a pretty amazing attachment on his iPad to get approval on my card. The cost was very reasonable compared to all the other quotes especially since I called on New Years and they were able to come within 24 hours.
I hope to never have another appliance breakdown (especially on a holiday) but if I ever do, I will definitely go back to Cascade and use them again. I highly recommend them for professional, quick, and high quality service that is well priced.
