Meridian Windows & Doors (Alberta) Inc. No Longer In Business

We replaced half our home windows two years ago and completed the remainder this spring. They are pleasing in appearance and most functional. Meridian offered good service and product. Installation was efficient and clean up minimal.

This is 2 time I have used Meridian Windows for my own property. This time it is was for my rental property. It is a older property and really..really needed new windows. I checked around and it was a competitive price and a good selection of windows. Deliver was promised at 4-6 weeks

The service people removed the old windows and installed the new windows with in matter of hours. They cleaned up on site and made sure I was happy with installed product.

I'm a realtor and tell my clients that new windows are a good investment.

I am very satisfied for the work that Meridian windows & Doors did. The hole household likes the design and the type of material. We have seen a difference on the gas bill for good and the house keeps warm. Thank you for such a great work.

paid for window and doors on mar.31 wrong door installed and broken screen when i inquired about it said i was too far their location its about a 1hr. drive than they finally set dates and never showed i kept taken time off work to wait for them they no longer return my calls hired another company to do rest of the windows and they said the door installed n window should be replaced

We priced out windows all over city. We initially didn't get any windows with anyone as funds were tight. Meridian then followed up with us the following year and we decided to go with them after talking with them and referrals from friends.

The initial salesman, Andre, was very friendly and the installers, George and Dave, were both wonderful to deal with, excellent workers and very tidy!!

I had an old windows and now I more than happy with my new modern windows on the second floor. The team I worked with was very professional. Totally recommend this company and will order doors and windows for the rest of the house.

We had Meridian windows replace all our windows and 2 doors. The installation went okay with some damage to the stucco. However that where things went bad. The installers either don't care or are not trained proficiently enough to perform finishing work. The caulking is a mess and at this point they have agreed to fix some of the caulking but that still leave a lot more that should be replaced. The window they cut in the basement was not finished correctly nor did it meet code for egress, apparently they didn't receive all of the paper work from the sales person so I am waiting for a response from Meridian. They were the ones that were to determine the size and type of the window. The window well drain they installed is just full of dirt. They tried 2 times to fix it and all they did was hide this problem. They have agreed to check it one more time. The interior window frames have deep cuts in them and now say they will fix them on the next visit. I will update this once they have completed their next visit.
