The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had some repairs to a door and they were able to complete the work as promised. The site supervisor kept us informed and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied.

We have had a good experience in Stonemanor woods from Constuction to customers service. The house is big,open and the neighborhood is quite! Team works makes the dream work !

There’s a lot of superstars in this company. Righting wrongs with care, concern and skill. Whereas guarantees are pretty difficult to come by, the character of the Tribute team is better than a guarantee. We have a beautiful house and Stonemanor Woods is a wonderful place to call home. Beyond our expectations. One word.....grateful!

I would like to recognize my Customer Care Manager, Warren. He is professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Whenever I have questions, Warren got back to me in a prompt response and made an appointment for the next day. He even answered me after business hours. I really appreciate that he always goes above and beyond as much as he is able to. Not everyone is willing to do that. Thank you for your hard work!

I have had a couple of issues with my property located in Stonemanor Woods. When I brought this to the attention of costumer service representatives ( Warren and Dale) I was very impressed with the way they conducted themselves. They immediately came over to my property and dealt with my complaint. They were very respectful and answered all our questions. I am truly happy to say all work has been completed to my satisfaction and am very happy with my new home!
