I cannot stress enough how lovely this team is at Stonemanor! Thank you especially to Warren, Dale and Tom for such amazing and speedy service! Always so attentive no matter how little I thought the task was. We recently had our main level floors redone and they look fantastic! I’ve recommended Tribute to many of my friends who have been looking to buy a new home. Great attitude, thoughtful and always smiling faces when you see them! Just moved into Stonemanor Woods Tribute Community. Very impressed with the customer service team and the welcoming environment. Sales, Decor and Customer Service Teams have been very efficient and quick to respond to any issue. Tribute was recommended to us and they definitely uphold their reputation.

Our current home in Stonemanor Woods is the third new build we have purchased in our life and first from Tribute. This is our second experience working with Tribute Communities, and we continue to be so so happy with all their work and everything they do for us!

Our first pre-construction townhouse was in Oshawa, and our current property is now in Springwater (The Stonemanor Woods Community). In Oshawa, I was extremely surprised that during our pre-delivery inspection, I found absolutely no issues - everything was done neatly and accurately! Because of this, I didn't even have to sign-up for the 30 day Tarion warranty.

Because of our first experience, we were happy and excited to purchase another home with Tribute Communities. Our expectations were already high, but somehow, the amazing team surpassed all of our expectations. The quality, the design, the thought-out layout and details, as well as the prompt responses to our questions have all helped make our current move flawless.

Thank you to Warren, our Customer Care Manager, for the exceptional customer service, and for helping with everything! I'm sure that if any other issues arise, the team will be quick to fix anything that needs to be done.

Excellent customer service from Dale at Tribute communities in Barrie. We highly Recommend Tribute and their team. We had issues with our electrical and Dale was here within a few days to inspect it. The issue was fixed the following day. Thanks so much!!
