There are not enough words to describe the care and consciences effort by the team at Tribute Communities. Right from the beginning with Lyn at the Decor Centre, who was extremely patient with us and did her absolute best to ensure we were able to have everything we wanted, to the Site team of Luca, Lisa, Warren, Dale, Tom and Frank who were absolutely fabulous (and ever so patient). All of our questions were answered right away, they never made us feel like we were bothering them, (even though we probably were), they answered all of our emails and text messages without missing a beat. They truly made us feel like family. The after closing items were tended to immediately and they went above and beyond our expectations to make us happy. We are beyond happy with our entire experience with Tribute!! Kudos to you all!!

I cant say enough about our experience with Tribute homes. This is our 2nd home built by Tribute and much like our first home, our experience has been amazing. Warren, Dale and Tom repeatedly go out of their way to make sure everything is done both perfectly and to our satisfaction. Even after our warranty items are completed, theyre still around and willing to offer a helping hand. Always smiling and honking their horns as they drive by, which always makes us smile. Any typical building issues that we did have were all very minor and quickly taken care of. On both houses! I would absolutely buy a Tribute home again in a heartbeat! The construction has met expectations and the customer service team has exceeded those expectations.

Warren and his team have gone above and beyond to make us happy. He has been a pleasure dealing with him. He has address all our issues concerning the completion of our home.

Very professional and satisfied with the new construction and delivery with my home. This is my second home with Tribute and I highly recommend purchasing and living in there communities and well built homes. This has been such a stress free purchase and I love the home we designed together with there staff. Process was relatively straight forward, payment structure was very consumer friendly when signing in comparison to other builders in the area. Looking forward to closing in end of December but wondering if there will be delays? If any previous owners can let me know, would be helpful.

Purchased a new home at Stonemanor Woods Springwater with Tribute as the Builder. As with all new builds, and particularly given the supply chain issues during the Covid pandemic, there were a few items that needed to be addressed after closing. The Customer Care Manager at the site, Warren and his team have been unbelievably attentive and responsive with the handling of all of our issues and concerns. Warren always makes you feel like you’re a priority to him, even though he has so many other new home owners in the community to tend to. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable and always go out there way to provide the best customer service imaginable. This is the easiest 10/10 I have ever given. Thank you for making my new home purchase such a positive experience.
