I contacted UTES to help me with obtaining city permits, layout design, as well as mechanical / plumbing drawings for my dental hygiene clinic.

To ensure the project is being done according to the building codes and standards, we applied for construction permit from City of Toronto, and guess what the drawings got accepted within two weeks without any question. Arash not only helped us with the design and permit but also helped us to choose a contractor to do the job with a reasonable price.

All the work was completed within given timeline, which included providing drawings with considering our concerns and requests and support the contractor during the construction period. Arash and his team delivered commendable service in the architectural, structural, and mechanical design of my Kawartha Lake cottage, including permits and site plan approvals. While their expertise and efforts were praiseworthy, there were occasional back-and-forths and delays during the resubmission stages dealing with the Township and Conservation Authority. Nonetheless, their overall performance helped us achieving our goals in an efficient and quality manner.
