I hired Utes to provide structural and HVAC drawings with some architectural support.
Arash and his team did an amazing job, they listened and executed. The price was reasonable and the work was professionally completed. I will definitely hire Utes for my next project from start to finish.

Arash came to inspect our +100 year old home in the Fall related to some questions that had arisen about structural issues. Communication was prompt and reliable the whole way through the process. On site we found Arash to be professional, diligent and thorough as well as an exceptional communicator - sharing and explaining what he was finding and would be looking for as part of the assessment. He answered questions thoroughly and provided recommendations. Utes Inc. helped us get unblocked in a complicated permitting process with the city. After the city spent months going back and forth between our architect, Arash was able to inspect and address the structural questions for the city quickly, with minimal fuss and cost and get our permit got approved within a week.

Overall I was very happy with the service. The only issue was a mix up of the schedule causing the inspection to be done an hour later than expected. Despite that the service was efficient and informative. He was patient answering many questions about the structure of the house and the planned renovations. The answers were very helpful, informative and thorough.

I required a Balcony Restoration Permit fairly quickly to move forward with my project.

That means I required a Structural Engineer to review and approve plans. From there, Arash took care of all the forms, submissions, etc etc. And when we had questions or concerns, no issues. He took the calls even AFTER his service had concluded. Very professional.

It was headache-free. There were no surprises. He made everything seamless and efficient.
