Ecoline Windows

Having previously worked with contractors installing windows, I had my reservations with letting someone else perform the work. However, ecoLine's installers were all very capable and professional; they arrived on time, the installation met expectations, and they cleaned away all debris. Easily as satisfied with the product. I am likely to use them again.

Our 1980's wooden framed bay window needed to be replaced. Ecoline responded to our call for a quote and actually came to the house first, not like some others. We wanted some custom features, discussed best options with the representative, and settled on the final cost. There were some promo features included free. The installation went quickly and smoothly with attention to cleanliness and clean-up. The installers pointed out small construction details that wouldn't be visible after the installation.
The new window works much better than the old one and the customized jambs, casings, and exterior provided a close match to our other windows.

We had new windows installed by this company. We ordered new living room 3 section window, with 2 sides open and middle section as a fixed unit. 3 bedroom fire code windows and a kitchen awning window. All windows came as triple pane. We feel a very big difference in our home comfort and they dont fog up anymore. Service and installation were good, we had no complaints. Would recommend to others.

I had six windows replaced in my house and I'm very happy with the final results, the windows are beautiful and fit the style of my home. There open and close smoothly and lock securely much better then my old windows, I'm very impressed with quality of the product and recommend them if your in the need of replacement windows. The crew arrived on time and worked steady through the day, removed all the old windows, debris and even vacuumed up all the dust around the windows and floor, I would suggest covering your belongings, the dust gets everywhere.

The price, quality and service were all good. The delivery and installation was delayed about two months, apparently due to the bad winter weather in Ontario. Having prepaid for the job, and not hearing from Ecoline during the wait, I was concerned, but I needn't have been. When the windows arrived, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were, to a man, friendly and professional. I am well pleased and will eventually replace ALL of the windows in my house using Ecoline.

I received three other quotes from other companies but Ecoline gave me the best price. They also did a great job installing the windows.
One of the windows would open the other way; I talked to their manager and he took the window price off. He even offered replacing that window but since the location was not critical, we said it is Ok.
Overall we had a good experience with them.
