Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Calgary

I received three other quotes from other companies but Ecoline gave me the best price. They also did a great job installing the windows.
One of the windows would open the other way; I talked to their manager and he took the window price off. He even offered replacing that window but since the location was not critical, we said it is Ok.
Overall we had a good experience with them.

Ecoline windows sales pitch is high pressure with the apparent expectation that you make a decision on the spot. Unfortunately I made a decision on the spot that they and ordered the windows.
After 3 month with 1 month delayed they came and installed my windows, to be fair they did a good job installing the windows.
Before even they start installing I paid 60% of the price volunteerly.
One of the bigger windows in house was installed in the opposite direction, when I asked why its this way they said I ordered it this way and they can't do anything about it. I told them I never asked for it to be this way and and they told me it's the way I ordered it.
After a much discussion I decided to give them a post-cheque for that window until the matter is solved. When I told them how much is the price, to give them a post-cheque, they said it's $550. I did a very rough calculation and it looked like this that they wanted to get most of the money from me any way they could because they charged me way more (at least double) for that window.
