There open and close smoothly and lock securely much better then my old windows, I'm very impressed with quality of the product and recommend them if your in the need of replacement windows. The crew arrived on time and worked steady through the day, removed all the old windows, debris and even vacuumed up all the dust around the windows and floor, I would suggest covering your belongings, the dust gets everywhere.
