Ecoline Windows

In the spring of 2013 we had Ecoline come in with an estimate for 6 windows. Installation team were great. After only 6 months with this excellent product we decided to not wait and completed the rest of our house in the fall. Ecolinewindows .I called for a cost and to have a rep come in to measure & see their product.A rep came in and measured & showed what type of windows we could order.We chose 3 windows and we're given a price.We ordered them & were given a date for installation.Everybody involved were polite and new there job.We were called and told they could install them Dec18,the installers arrived on time and installed the 3 widows.The workman ship was excellent.When completed they did a clean up.We were showed how to operate the windows .An inspector came after installation was competed.He checked the installation & operation of the 3 widows,also took pictures. Explained about the warranty .I would recommend Ecolinewindows to anybody ready to change their windows.

The installers arrived just before 9 AM and completed installation by 1 PM. They worked quietly and efficiently and were professional and courteous. The supervisor arrived about 12:30 PM and demonstrated opening, closing, locking, cleaning of new windows. I have very bad arthritis and have been unable to open old windows for years. It will be nice to have some fresh air in the house now. My son also was impressed by the new windows. The only issue I have is that our name on the paperwork is the worst misspelling of it I have ever seen, and it's a fairly simple name which I spelled out when I called to pin down a date for the job. However, the 2 credit card payments were successfully completed. I plan to have new windows installed in the lower level of the house in a couple of years.

We replaced 2 large windows in our bedroom that were old and drafty. Within 1 day we noticed that it was warmer and the installation process was easy as they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are replacing more windows in spring and will use this company again.

The salesman was very knowledgable and gave us the best price. The windows were delivered on time. The installers were very courteous and professional. They demonstrated the new windows after installation. They respected our home, cleaned up after themselves, job well done! We will definitely hire Eco Line Windows and Doors again and refer to others.

We have had an excellent experience having Ecoline replace 8 windows in our home. We received helpful advice from Alex in deciding which windows to choose, and believe the price we paid was very reasonable. The installation team was fantastic - they worked non-stop, had a high level of attention to detail, and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Even where previous amateur framing and drywalling in our basement provided unique challenges with the space adjacent to two windows, the team spent a significant amount of extra time developing a creative solution and then completing finishing work to those adjacent areas so that the final look is far beyond what we could reasonably have hoped for. When the installation was complete, our yard and house were left spotless. The installation manager visited later to ensure that everything was perfect and to see if we had any questions or concerns. The new windows are beautiful and have given our house a significantly updated look.

I just had my windows replaced by Ecoline. Installation team worked hard to finish the project in one day. They came early in the morning and left by 7 pm. Feels much warmer in my home already. Windows look good and for now I am a happy customer. waiting to see the new windows performance in the winter.

Excellent service right from the salesman to installation. Very efficient and professional. The installers worked very hard and did an excellent job with the clean up. We love, love our new windows and appreciate how much they updated the look of our home.

We purchaed 2 Bay windows - 1 for living room and 1 for dining room.My wife loves the fact that we can open the sides with the easy crank system and also the ease of being able to remove the screens.It definately has brightened and makes the rooms look larger.We appreciate the professionalism of the installers and their willingness to answer questions pertaing to possible future projects.I also appreciate the fact that their was no mess left behind.I highly recommend Ecoline account of the products they have to offer.
