I needed a new roof but didn't have a clue how to go about finding a reliable company. After putting out the ask - Done Right Roofing back came highly recommended by a few friends. Darcy (the owner) - is the most professional businessperson i've had the pleasure of dealing with! Explained 'roofing' at the level I needed, and answered every question I could possibly think of. Once the job started - their workers were absolutely incredible, super polite, friendly. I was taking care of a friend's daughter the day the new roof went on and the lead roofer was very concerned about safety (the child coming and going from the home). The day after the job was complete, you wouldn't even have known they had been there (not even a nail left behind). I hope I don't need a new roof any time soon, but if did (Alberta hail!!!!!) - I know who to call.

Had father-in-laws roof reroofed because I had used this company for repairs to mine. All personnel were pleasant and competent. The quote was very competitive, the materials and process were fully explained, there were no additional costs as the estimate took all necessary work into account. In short, the new roof seems to be a better roof than the original. Very satisfied at present, only time will tell if the work is as good as it seems to be.

From my first call to this company to completion of the job I found this company to be professional, helpful and very easy to work with. Excellent Service. We shopped around for a new roof and had three other companies come out and give us a quote. Done Right was definitely the most thorough and professional out of everyone. Our salesman Jesse even got up on the roof and did a couple repairs on the spot and he spent time explaining everything that they felt needed to be done and gave us a detailed breakdown. It was also nice to know the quote was the actual price for the service so we knew we wouldn't end up with any extra charges at the end.

Once we decided to go with Done Right their office staff were great to deal with too. Since we just had a new baby in the house they worked with us to find a date and time that would accommodate our family.

Finally, when the team of roofers arrived we were Impressed. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. They worked hard all day in the hot sun and made sure to clean up everything before they left. We were lucky that they were able to even remove the bin on the same day of service.

Overall, excellent experience all around. We would definitely recommend Done Right to our friends and family.

Very professional salesperson and friendly office staff. Follow through as promised. I was not home during install but the only evidence of the work was the bin on the driveway and the new roof. From both neighbors’ roofing jobs I had debris in my yard, I checked and could not find any trace. The quote was a bit higher but I believe you get what you pay for.

DDR procedure and communication for writing the proposal and getting the work done was great and very professional. Jesse was great and direct and I really enjoyed working with him. DDR was good in communicating their work steps and met expectations in terms of the set timelines and budget. I found DDR staff to be very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to others for roofing services.

I am very impressed with all aspects of the work that Done Right Roofing performed on our home. The work was scheduled for a Thursday. As promised, the materials arrived on Wednesday, the garbage bin arrived on the Thursday and work began on time. The crew were very knowledgeable and polite. They took the care to tarp the flower beds and deck - nice touch. Cleanup was amazing, no garbage and NO NAILS left behind. The only way to know that roofers were at our house was the new roof! Very pleased.

Right from the beginning, Jesse was a pleasure to deal with, he was very thorough and patient with us as we tried to decide on what to do. The quotation was very detailed.
Antoine (hopefully spelling is correct) and his crew were great! I have 3 small children but the crew was very aware of them when we would leave the house.
Very quick even though we had lots of peaks on our roof - took about 2 days.
Though their price is a little bit higher than others, sometimes you pay more for better service.
So far we have found about 4 nails in the front yard, which is not bad considering how many nails come flying off the roof. The driveway was clean.
A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend to others.

Not very good with words so all I can say is that the entire crew was fast, efficient and freindly. The quality of their work and final cleanup was amazing.
