Living in the North West of Calgary, we get a lot of hail damage during the summer and this requires asphalt shingles to be replaced every 12 to 20 years. I decided to go for a high quality rubber roof but needed some expert advice on its reliability and getting it installed by professional installers.
Darcy from Done Right Roofing impressed me with his honesty and professionalism plus the qualifications of his installers. Sara in Done-Right's office kept me informed when the installation would start and how long it would take. Mike and his installer did an excellent job in what I consider a very short time plus their work is just outstanding.
The expense of a rubber roof is high, but because outlast most other roofs it will pay off in the long run, if it is installed properly . One can also get a deduction on their house insurance because of the durability of a rubber roof.
At last I feel confident my roof is good now for the next 50 years, and it can hail all it wants now.

As an architect, I can affirm Done Right Roofing's quality in installation and service. We had three other roofers offer quotations but only two had provided the minimum standards of roofing I specify for the construction of my work. Done Right won out by offering a more thorough and comprehensive breakdown and quality assurance with a warranty far exceeding any other companies researched.
They did an excellent job counter flashed into an existing 100 year old chimney and repaired faulty work of a previous roofer hired by the previous owner of the home only one year prior.

Done Right Roofing was exceptional in providing information and addressing my home's needs. The estimator came to the home home and spent time going over the requirements where other companies offered only a satellite photo based quote. Throughout the process Sarah, working in the office, was extremely responsive and helpful with questions. The crews that came to work on our roof and the eaves were easy to talk to and didn't mind answering questions. All paperwork was very professional, and didn't hide costs or potential upcharges for things that might appear through the process of changing out the roof. The warranty Done Right offers is very good, and combined with exceptional administrative response gives the homeowner a good feeling after the job is done.

All in, a great group of people to work with and a professional approach to presenting and documenting the job. Work crews showed experience and were great to have on site.

We had a leak in our roof, which they re-shingled and fixed. After that repair it was discovered that the problem was our skylight. Even though they had nothing to do with the skylight installation, they came back, repaired the skylight and repaired a leak in a different section of our roof free of charge. Alan and his team are excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, clean and efficient.

Last year we had Done Right come in to do eavestroughing on a new build.
All the rain that we have this year shows how well of a job that they did. The job was excellent, the people great to deal with. I hope they are in business for many more years to come, as I'm sure we will need their other services at some point.

These guys are the real deal. Jesse, Sarah, Mike and his crew, all very professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. I had witnessed some re-roofing debacles in my neighbourhood recently and I was a little nervous getting my house done, but these guys never gave me any reason to be worried from the day they showed up to do the estimate to the getting the job done on time (even with an afternoon of rain!). A rather complex job of repair required to flashings and poor shingling. Done Right identified the variety of places that needed repair, suggesting true, permanent fixes. They were prompt, thorough, courteous. An excellent job all round.

We had a desperate need to replace soffits, evestroughs and fascia. We called numerous companies and could not get interest in contractors coming out to our area. Since 2014, I tried to get new soffits, flashing and eaves until I came across Done Right Roofing. I now realize just how lucky I am to hire DRR instead of anyone else. I also realized an entire new roof was needed! The people of DRR were very understanding, hard working, having to be real acrobats to have access to all the nooks of a three story building. I still shudder watching them.

I needed advice on some things and DRR personnel were always to be relied on. The workers outdoors and workers in the office did their utmost to please and went beyond their duty to help. I keep telling anyone I had the best roofers in town and am convinced of it.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Within a few hours of sending an email request for a quote Sarah had contacted me and an appointment was set up with Jesse. Jesse was very thorough and detailed with the quote. Materials and bin were delivered with no issues. We had a few weather delays but Sarah made sure we were always kept informed about what was happening. Antoine and the installation crew was amazing! The outside of our house never looked so clean once they were done. Thank you Done Right for a painless process and an amazing job. We now have the best roof on the street!
