Excellent Service. We shopped around for a new roof and had three other companies come out and give us a quote. Done Right was definitely the most thorough and professional out of everyone. Our salesman Jesse even got up on the roof and did a couple repairs on the spot and he spent time explaining everything that they felt needed to be done and gave us a detailed breakdown. It was also nice to know the quote was the actual price for the service so we knew we wouldn't end up with any extra charges at the end.
Once we decided to go with Done Right their office staff were great to deal with too. Since we just had a new baby in the house they worked with us to find a date and time that would accommodate our family.
Finally, when the team of roofers arrived we were Impressed. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. They worked hard all day in the hot sun and made sure to clean up everything before they left. We were lucky that they were able to even remove the bin on the same day of service.
Overall, excellent experience all around. We would definitely recommend Done Right to our friends and family.
