Very similar story to Adrian C, reviewed on Aug 29th. Mike sold me on the assessment for 99.00 at the end of August. This occurred promptly. Then, took a while to get an estimate for the repair and while I have had it for a while now, I have not been able to get them back here to actually repair the roof (now 1 month later). Several commitments from Joe, but I find I am the one to keep calling to get a response. If they don't want your business, just take it elsewhere. I did and have been happy with the results. There are more responsive roofers that have been highly rated on Homestars.

My wife and I purchased a home that needed a new roof. These guys were recommended by friends of ours and they didn't disappoint. They were punctual, respectful and professional.

I am so happy with the workmanship, the professionalism, and promptness of this company. They solved my vent problem, giving me specific details and pictures of the difficulty. They recommended the work to be done, giving me a reasonable estimate. I asked them back to repair my flat roof. I have never met a more caring group. They are really interested in customer satisfaction, and they deserve a higher rating than 10!

I called Mr Roof Repair and they were pretty kind and cordial. They came and gave their quote, and I was impressed with the amount of time they took to get everything done. They were quick and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this and would not think twice about going with them!

We are new to Toronto and purchased a house that was mostly renovated. Unfortunately, our roof started leaking during the big storms in July. We found Mr. Roof Repair on Homestars and decided to go with them as they were reviewed well here. And we were not disappointed. We first spoke to Mike and were impressed by his insights and attentiveness. Pietro was the on-site repair person and was great. Not knowing anyone in Toronto, it was a little disconcerting thinking that we’d have to take a chance with a contractor we didn’t know. I’d say we got lucky finding Mr. Roof Repair off the bat, but I’d also say there is no luck involved with how they operate. They are good at what they do.

My roof was leaking and water would get into our master bathroom. We tried getting it fixed by another company, and sure enough, after the next storm, the bathroom was flooded. Finally decided to give these guys a call. They set up an appointment and came when they told me they would come. They took pictures, and fixed the leak, all within the hour they promised and the price they quoted. There have been 2-3 storms since then and the bathroom is as dry as can be! Thanks, should have called you guys in the first place! No hassles, no surprises with this company. Would recommend them to anyone with roofing issues.

After discovering a stain on the ceiling of my grandmother’s room in May, we called another reputable roofing company, or so we thought, to come and help us fix the issue. As it turns out, they didn’t fix the leak properly as the severe storms in July had the same leak become worse than before. I was recommended Mr. Roof Repair by a neighbor. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak. We’ve been dry ever since. Mr. Roof Repair is diligent and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for your help.

Over the duration of several jobs including roof inspection/repair and then installation of new skylights and roof I found Mr. Roof Repair to be refreshingly candid and thorough. Most notably, my dealings with Pietro & Chris on site combined with my conversations with Joe and Korolina from the office re-established my faith that an expensive project can be done that results in both a high work quality combined with a superior level of customer service. Job well done by a professional group.

After the frist quote of $900 I got from another company, I found Mr Roof which did the same job for half the cost. The service I got was great and came to my house on time and performed the repair on the spot. Would def recommend these guys
