I used this company twice in the past couple of months. Prompt, courteous service at a fair price. The workers were pleasant and efficient, cleaned up after the job. Would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Vaillancourt was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in a plumbing disaster late at night over the weekend with my laundry room drain flooding and leaking into my hallway. Shane at Vaillancourt was very friendly able to come by and not only fix the problem but explain what he did and what the problem was. Very impressed! When I was looking to renovate my bathroom I was very pleased I found vallincourt. They gave me one price and coordinated the complete job. They did a very professional job and scheduled each phase with my availability in mind. I gave them a ten which they certainly deserve, I was very impressed with customer first policy. I phoned around 3:30pm because the toilet was running quite heavily
and spraying out the top. The nice lady on the phone said one of the
plumbers was just finishing a job and she would try and catch him
and send him over.
He was here in around a half an hour. That was a relief.
He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and quick too.
He also tightened another tap that was loose n/c.
He also gave me some good advice for future work that I need done.
I am extremely happy with all aspects of the work.

Shane was great show up right away new exactly what the problem was fixed the problem in a timely cleaned up after the work was finished and even checked on a few other things to make sure we were all good.

David arrived ready to install. We needed adjustment to shape of counter opening and change from two to one drain pipe. We changed from two sinks style to rectangular single sink and new faucet.
He was courteous and professional and answered any questions we had.
He left our home clean and tidy and removed the old sink, faucet and boxes and packing material from the replacements.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company and David in particular, for any plumbing needs in future.

Plumber did a great job removing and installing new toilet and replace stop valve. Very friendly service and would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
