Vaillancourt was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I was in a plumbing disaster late at night over the weekend with my laundry room drain flooding and leaking into my hallway. Shane at Vaillancourt was very friendly able to come by and not only fix the problem but explain what he did and what the problem was. Very impressed! The GM - Brian also called me the following day to make sure everything went well, very kind. Above and beyond! Thanks Vaillancourt!
