Came home from work in the evening and found out that there was no hot water. I called Enercare and I couldn't believe someone was here in 30 minutes. The fellow took off his big boots at the door, I was impressed. The problem was resolved in a few minutes and he took the time to explain it me. Shower a hour later. No charge as I have a contract with them. Exceeded all expectations.
I phoned around 3:30pm because the toilet was running quite heavily and spraying out the top. The nice lady on the phone said one of the plumbers was just finishing a job and she would try and catch him and send him over. He was here in around a half an hour. That was a relief. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and quick too. He also tightened another tap that was loose n/c. He also gave me some good advice for future work that I need done. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the work.
