Great local company that has been around for years! Mark diagnosed an ongoing issue that we had been having which was related to a recent install of a water heater by a major heating and cooling company. He also installed a new hose bib for us at the front of our home. Very down to earth people that clearly take pride in their trade, are awesome at what they do and have excellent customer service.

I called E. Vaillancourt Plumbing company, I needed help. I recommend this company because their customer service is excellent, very helpful, and professional. Safety was in place when Trevor came to the house to fix the leak. He was professional, polite, explain the procedure of the leak and repaired it, clean and he was knowledgeable. I truly recommend this company to friends and family.

Honestly, it has been awhile since any company has exceeded my expectations but with 3 points of contact I was impressed with each interaction!

This was my first time ever calling a plumber (dad is a plumber but COVID and distance prevented his help this time) and from my first point of contact Patsy was charming, authentic and genuine as she explained costs and process clearly over the phone.

Trevor was my plumber who arrived punctually, was professional and polite (accepting of my over-excited puppy). I was shocked and appreciative of his constant hustle. They charge by the hour and then by the half hour. If he hadn't been hustling it would have cost so much more. But he completed 3 tasks in under an hour and a week later we have had zero issues. Fast, efficient and personable!

2 days later I receive personal call from Brian Vaillancourt to ensure I had a good experience! Another easy going and comfortable conversation that left me thinking "This company is simply top-notch!"
