Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

Been a long time since I had to source a plumber for some work that was outside of a bigger job being managed by a GC. I found E. Vaillancourt via some web research and was very happy with the experience. Right from the initial call to book the appointment, the response time for getting a plumber to the house, the professionalism exhibited by the attending team ( lead was Shane ), the quality of their work, and settling of the bill afterwards. It was all outstanding. I can't say how they compared price wise. They were not cheap, but they told me up front how much it would be & they delivered. I felt I got good value for the work completed.

Professional company in every way. Plumbers quickly diagnosed problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Highly recommend. Will use again.

A previous company (Doyle’s)tried to repair the shower tap and after a couple of hours left unable to fix it so (ugh)we have lived with the inability to regulate the temperature control for a few years until we had another more pressing plumbing issue.
Shane and Stan arrived on time were friendly and professional. They immediately diagnosed the issue, went twice to pick up the appropriate parts and were dedicated to putting it in working order. Because of their stellar service I will always call Vallaincourt for future plumbing issues.
No wonder they are number one in all of Durham Region!

We recently had a major flooding emergency and Vaillantcourt was fantastic. They were on the scene quickly, the plumber was professional, efficient and fast, and he saved us from a potentially devastating clean-up job. We can't say enough about them. They were great.

We contacted Vaillancourt Plumbing and spoke with Brian who provided a reasonable cost for the job at hand. Within a week 2 men arrived to complete the back up sump pump install. Stan and Shane were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Vaillancourt Plumbing completed the work for roughly $ 1,000.00 less than Mr. Rooter.

Had a leaky water pipe feeding into the hot water tank, looked like the pipe had a nick from long ago.
Called VaillanCourt and they sent some one out. They arrived on time and it was pretty painless, they knew what they were doing, fixed the problem in about 30 minutes .... no issues with the repair.
I would call them again if I had an issue

Vaillancourt Plumbing has done work for us in the past, so when we needed a plumber for multiple issues, they were our first go-to, and once again we were extremely satisfied, from start to finish. Spoke to a live person when booking the appointment, who was friendly and took enough information so that the plumbers were aware of what was needed when they arrived at our house. Plumbers arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They resolved our issues efficiently, showed us what they found to be causing our problems, and best of all cleaned up after a messy drain issue and left our place spotless. Excellent experience.

We had two ball valves installed and a leaking outdoor tap replaced. It had to be done in two visits because the municipality failed in their appointment time and pre-test, so the main water valve had to be replaced by the Region. Vallaincourt did not charge us for the first visit, when prep work was done with a wall cut, and were gracious in dealing with the municipality. All was completed on the second visit. The service guys were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, and the office helpful in working around the municipality's two scheduling times for water shut off. We were very pleased that in spite of the setback it all went smoothly.

The first person in the office was very nice. She helped me in a very professional. Way. The installer was also very nice and professional. I like that they cover the carpet while coming
in and out. The installer explained my bill and Warrenty to me. The 2 men that picked up the water tank were also very polite and friend

Trevor arrived, very polite, wearing a mask. He wasn’t taken back by being greeted by 2 large dogs. He bought everything to protect the area he had to work as he was fixing a ceiling leak from my outside turn off. He explained what he had to fix, quickly did the repair. He had to increase the hole in the ceiling, apologized for having to and told me where I can get a panel to cover it up. This is the 2nd time using E.Vaillancourt Plumbing. Now have a fridge magnet with their number. They are my plumbers now, truly professional.
