Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

I put in a request on homestar for a clogged slow draining sink. Talked to Patsy from the office who scheduled an appointment. Patsy is very personable and this plumbing company is a family run business.
On the day Mark showed up with his apprentice Alex at the scheduled time. They were very clean , respectful and followed covid protocol. The drain is now working and I am happy with the service. It is good to master plumbers taking the time to train apprentices.

On time, polite, professional, worked solidly, quietly overcame rusted seized fittings, excellent cleanup. Ran pipes to install a front of house outside tap in a tricky situation. Four hours labour plus parts. Not cheap, but you get solid workmanship! I recommend this company.

The service by Vaillancourt Plumbing was great. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and did the job following all covid protocols. We are very happy with the work done. Definitely will be referring this company to family and friends.

Love these guys, Dave & Chris ... sink would not drain properly, had to rinse half dozen times after each use; ie brushing teeth. They installed new stopper, works like a dream. Bath tub faucet so tight I had to use both hands to turn on/off. Lastly wall mounted toilet with two flush cycles; many times it would keep gurgling. They said they have seen it many times, suggestion was to use larger flush all times. No more gurgling. Sounds like minor things, but, over time they drive you nuts, especially when you do the cleaning.

They did an excellent job repairing a leaking copper line from the water tank, changing the humidifier tap and water line to code! A TRUSTED FIRM THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS IN OUR AREA FOR MANY YEARS!.
