Needed to have a clogged kitchen drain repaired. Shaun and Stan worked efficiently and effectively and fixed it and also discovered a part that was rusting so they changed the part for me. They were very friendly and I would highly recommend Vaillancourt.

Fantastic company. It is obvious, based on their service, why they have been in business for as long as they have. Sent them an email request for a non-urgent pipe problem. Contacted first thing next morning by a polite and helpful representative who set up my appointment. Visited, on time, by a personable service man who came up with a solution to repair the problem. His work made the plumbing better than it was originally. He was receptive to questions and explained his work upon completion. I am extremely impressed with this company and will not hesitate to call them again.

Had E. Vaillancourt Plumbing to my home to replace a tub/shower valve assembly in the upstairs bathroom and install a shut-off valve in the basement. Dave & Chris were professional, did quality work and left their workspaces spotless.

I have used Vaillancourt Plumbing since 2003. Although I have used other companies, I always went back to Vaillancourt and now theirs is the only company I use. I have been particularly impressed that they improve a plumbing situation rather than just repair it.

I called E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating and spoke with a very pleasant lady regarding my plumbing issues for my toilet tank, tap and bathroom shower. She was able to quickly assess my situation and gave me a brief estimate in advance of starting the work. Within a couple of days Trevor came, he was polite and professional. Once I showed him and explained the issues we were having, he attended to the matter right away. He was quick and very efficient. After the job was completed, Trevor gave an overview of what he had done. It all worked out very well. The next day, Brian the Manager followed up to ensure everything was working and in good order, which I appreciated! I would highly recommend this company.

My washer hot water valve was leaking after some maintenance. The plumber managed to squeeze me in and get it fixed that day! He was very friendly and didn’t mind my dogs. Great service

I had 2 leaks in a hot water pipe and an outside hose connection that was busted.

Both leaks were fixed and the hose connection replaced in an hour.

Very satisfied with the results and professionalism done by Trevor.
