I used Vaillancourt Plumbing and after a minor mix up, they quickly resolved it and were at my house later in the afternoon. Trevor was professional and thorough and got the job done well. I really appreciated that they were able to fit me in on short notice that the technician did whatever he had to do to resolve the problem. I'll definitely use them again if I have to!

The company was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the procedure of what they were doing so I wasn't left in the blue and also explained how to prevent the issue in the future.

Overall Company came quick and worked efficient and it definitely won't be my last time calling them.

I had a smell coming from my bathtub drain. Vaillancourt sent 2 plumbers the day after I called who were able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours leaving no mess after they were finished. Both plumbers were friendly, professional, and courteous, as was the secretary I spoke to when booking the appointment. Brian even called me the next day to ensure I was happy with the service of his company. I would highly recommend this professional and courteous company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Shane and Stan were timely, completed both installs very quickly, and cleaned everything up making it no hassle at all, but that’s not even the best part of my experience. Both gentlemen came in and showed patience to my crated puppies who aren’t used to strangers yet, they were patient with all of my questions, and they joked and laughed with me. It was like having a friend come over to do something in your home that you couldn’t figure out! It also never slowed them down; I expected the job to take several hours, and they were done in one! I have an older home, so I was worried about problems with my pipes and they put me right at ease about it. The installation was flawless, and for a family of 5, only being without your toilets for an hour was fantastic and unexpected! This company is incredibly professional, and I would never go anywhere else now when I need a plumbing expert. Kudos to both Shane and Stan for not only being stellar in your workmanship, but being the greatest guys to come and do the job. Well done Vaillancourt on choosing the best men for the job!

We were very pleased with the job that E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating Ltd. ( Trevor) did in our bathroom. We needed the bathroom taps fixed as soon as possible and Vallancourt Plumbing were able to fix the taps within 2 hours. Other companies said it would be the following day. We will be calling them again for any of our plumbing needs.

I was in need of a toilet repair on a long weekend and not only did they come out in good time but the work was done with reasonable rates and quickly.

Came when promised, found the leak quickly, had the necessary parts on hand, explained what they were doing, left everything clean. Very efficient work, can't ask for better. Will definitely use then again.
