Window Choice

This is the 2nd time we have used James on home modifications and both experiences have been excellent.
Coming from a home replacement/home modification background I was impressed with the professionalism of James' sales process, the superb installation (in 40C humidity and never taking a break!) and the quality of the products.
We had 4 estimates for this project and Window Choice was by far the best product for the dollar.
I don't normally give reviews but in their case it had to be said.

Had 1 window replaced in the master bedroom and 1 in the master ensuite. Price was fair, order was very quick (compared to other companies) and installation was quick and clean.

We did have an issue that the master ensuite window was not frosted as requested, but a quick re-order and install happened as soon as the glass was ready.

Will definitely contact James again when the other windows in the house need replacing.

We need to replace two patio doors, we did some comparison before we contracted this company. Their price is reasonable, and owner is quite friendly and provided some suggestion for this project. We are satisfied with the work they have done.

Right from the beginning, Window Choice stood out within the many companies who visited us to estimate all our doors/ windows. Everyone is super friendly, polite and nice but most importantly they know what they are doing. We got all of our doors and windows replaced and they worked with us to make sure our renovations went smoothly. We made the arrangement to do doors on day one and windows on day two… it worked out perfectly. The workers were not on time arriving but once they arrived, they were hard at work. We are very happy with our new windows and doors. GREAT JOB!

My family and I dealt with Window Choice twice, we find James very accommodating and his team very professional, the first time we had 4 windows changed, three of them were perfect, to our liking, we had a fair issue with the fourth one in our bathroom. James came in and ask us what would make us happy....we told him and Chris came and fixed it 100% to our liking, no need to tell you that this year when we had two more windows replaced, we had no second thoughts about anybody else other then window choice, again with a smaller issue, James did everything to meet our expectations. We will do business again.

Window Choice was highly referred to us by a family member who was also a previous customer. Everything we were told about Window Choice was absolutely 100% correct. We were extremely happy with the price, quality and service we received from this company. James was very approachable and we were able to comfortably negotiate a contract with him. His workers were professional, efficient and polite. Prior to installation, Chris came to our home and took precise measurements prior to ordering our windows, and a few weeks later, a crew of installers arrived and completely removed and replaced all the windows in our 3,200 square foot home. During the installation process, the crew worked hard and remained pleasant throught the entire day. Once the job was complete, they cleaned everything up and left us extremely pleased with the entire job. I would not hesitate to recommend Window Choice to anyone who is considering window replacement in their home. Recently, Window Choice also completed a small project at our son's home and our son was equally pleased with their work.

We were very happy with the job they did. Every little detail was addressed . They came back to replace the faulty door handle at no extra cost. Thank You. Job weel done .I definetly will consider them for my windows. Thank You guys.

We chose window choice after meeting with 5 other companies. Niraj is very easy to deal with,provides great information about the product and options for the customer to choose from with NO pressure to buy.
Quick response to a minor issue made us decide to change our patio door with him and also give them the highest score :)

Had already heard good things about Window Choice. James came to our house promptly after we called and we were given an exact quote on the spot for the new windows that we needed. He was also able to give opinions about the style and type of windows we might choose since I am obviously not as knowledgeable about the available choices as a professional would be. Those who came to do the work did a professional and efficient job. We are very happy with our new windows. They work exactly as expected and they look great from the inside and out. Would definitely call Window Choice again.
