We recently upgraded many of the windows of our older house, some of wood frame construction. Two large 5 segment wooden bow windows were of particular concern.
Centra’s ambassadors offered prompt can-do solutions to all our concerns. (Thank you Sean and Ray).
The installation crews were prompt, courteous and professional, and were particularly attentive in protecting the white carpeting that covered much of the flooring. They worked quickly and accurately and were always pleasant and considerate. It was a pleasure to have them on site. (Thank you Nick, Andrew, Pat , Aaron and Blare)

After researching many different window companies, my husband and I only felt confident with Centra because of the lifetime warranty but most of all because of the quality of their windows. John was great and very thorough when he came to give us our quote. We were told it would take 3 days to complete the project, and it was exactly that. Andrew V, Shayne and Damon were all very hard working individuals and were very courteous. I had one little problem with one of the window cranks and Andrew came within a day to get the problem taken care of. I would definitely recommend Centra to anyone that needed new windows.

I had the exterior doors and windows replaced in my townhome in Kelowna. The installers, Kyle, Kurt, Pete, Mike and Chris are examples of outstanding customer service. The day they installed my windows was the rainiest of 2018 and In spite of the unpleasant working conditions, these guys were very friendly and very professional. Kevin, Jack and Dean just finished up replacing 9 windows and a large sliding patio door over a 2 day period. They were professional, polite and very efficient at their tasks. Centra was hired to replace the roof on my condo building, their price was high yet competitive and it included the rain cover . The job began the first week of August and went way past their estimated finish date which was beginning of December to the end of March.
The "rain cover" supposed to protect against water damage was extremely flimsy, and blew off the building with the first rain and wind. It was continually rebuilt even though there was rain water getting through into the ceilings of every suite on the floor beneath the roof. All the suites have extreme water damage to their ceilings and walls.
The over hang of the rain cover has caused extreme damage to the yards and grounds below.
I would hesitate to hire this company as the amount of clean up and repairs that need to be done is tremendous.

After considerable research we selected Centra Windows to replace our 25 year old windows and doors. We were very specific as to the installation as we wanted the replacement windows to look as close to the original design as possible. Sales manager Mark worked with us to provide the solution we wanted. We were somewhat worried as our renovation plans called for the windows to be in place by March but not before and the period after February is the start of their busy season . Centra was able to work with our general contractor and provide a schedule that fit into our plans. They were right on schedule. On Monday morning as planned two Centra trucks rolled up with Nick, Pat and Aaron and several others. They introduced themselves and set to work. On Tuesday as they had planned on installing the large living room window a whole fleet of Centra trucks and more employees (owners) including a safety officer showed up. We had other tradesmen also so the site look like a full construction zone.
Centra did a really great job of installing the windows, placing drop sheets and cleaning up wherever they worked. They also had to coordinate their work so as not to interfere with the other trades. The windows looks great and we are more than satisfied with the work done. The windows made the house look like it was a brand new. The stucco was cut exactly to size and the new windows fitted in perfectly with no large gaps to fill in. The crew was friendly and professional. They completed the job on time and cleaned up everything that they worked on. As an indication of the quality their work, some of the other trades commented that they have seen many installations and usually spend a lot of time touching up after the installation, this was by far the cleanest install they have seen. Even they were impressed. In the end we were sad to see them leave (almost). We would highly recommend their company & Nick’s team for installation to our friends & family.

Centra Windows was recommended by a family member. Robin Buie reached out to us promptly, and visited our house for the quote. He had mobile office, so he could provide us the contract and quote right there and then. Sean Sinclaire came and did measurement. He also helped with Asbestos test as well. The instalment was quick and easy. Nick Read, Pat and Aaron Vicario came for 2 days to install. They were friendly and helpful. Nick put tarp throughout the house, so they don't bring in dirt.
I love the new windows! The process of getting was so smooth, and the quality of the products are exceeding my expectation. I will definitely recommend Centra Windows to everyone!

We decided after living in this house for 27 years, it finally deserved modern looking and energy efficient windows. What a minefield the window replacement business is! We found there are so many fly-by-night operators that will sell you poor quality products, ruin your house, and disrespect you as the homeowner.

We were so lucky to avoid these companies by choosing Centra. In absolutely all aspects of our dealings with Centra, from initial consultations and sales, to critical measurement, delivery and flawless installation, the entire project exceeded our expectations many times over. Believe us when we say, Centra sets the Gold Standard for not only window installation, but for home renovation products and service in general.

By all means, practice the usual due diligence before you undertake a window replacement project. But carefully examine the actual value you receive for your money. It is very easy to fall into the trap of paying too much for poor products, incompetent installation (that will degrade the future resale of your home), and dealing with the frustration of difficult relationships with tradesmen working for a company they hate.

The bottom line is this; if you want the absolute best service, products, solid warranty and, most importantly respect as a customer, there is simply no other choice than to use Centra.
