From the start with a visit to the showroom to the measure and then to the installation I felt comfortable and competent with this company. Today, Dean L and Calvin W. arrived on time, introduced themselves and proceeded to work to remove and replace my 8 foot slider. They worked well together like a well oiled machine. They constantly communicated with each other and respectfully listened to each other during the installation. Centra is fortunate to have these two working for them.

I wanted to increase my view from our sundeck overlooking Lake Okanagan. I began my search via the internet looking for a local window company to provide me some ideas and pricing. When Jake ( Kelowna sales rep) came over to discuss what our needs were he was so helpful with ideas to maximize the view and keep the costs in check. We were so impressed that Centra makes their own windows at their factory in Langley. ( the two other companies were just resellers of glass products made by other manufacturers ) this was important to us as we felt that they fully stand behind their products and if there was any problems with say warranty we would not have to be battling with call centre in Ontario to try to resolve any issues.
The entire process from start to finish was so professional. We received a quote from Jake the same day and i was called from their head office to see if I had any questions regarding the quote.
On the install day two Centra trucks arrived with a crew of 4 installers.
They were so professional and worked together like a well oiled machine.
Our job took two days and i had the pleasure of spending the entire time watching them work ( and learned a few things too)
From start to finish it was a job very well done !

I can’t tell you how impressed we are with the quality of both the windows, and the workmanship. We dreaded having to replace all of our windows and contemplated doing only a couple at a time, but you offered such a great interest rate and price for all of our windows, we decided to get it all done in one fell swoop and we are SO glad that we did. Tim and Riley were the perfect pairing for what we would consider to be quite a large residential job. So many windows and a new slider too ~ all complete in two days. They were both so polite, thorough and personable. We truly couldn’t be happier.

Centra installed all our windows in our house in 2 days, a day earlier then expected. They were extremely professional and everything was very well done. The windows look great. We had Centra recommended to us for new windows. A crew of 4 came to do the work. They were on time, put down drop sheets and got to work. A very happy crew. I think they were the best crew we have had do work on our house. They left everything as they found it, clean and neat. That I really appreciated. We have no problem recommending them to our family and friends.

Had our whole house done in April with this Company. From beginning to end we were happy with them. They were more expensive than the other quotes we received, but felt the level of service we were receiving was well worth the money. A big thank you to our installers Ray, Brendan and Shawayne.
