These guys (Kyle, Chris, Braden, Bryan and Mike W.) were awesome. Super professional and friendly. They put in my units new windows and doors fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed and really happy with the final results.

Met salesperson for Nanaimo branch of Centra, Chris, at home show at Beban Park. He promptly visited our home and gave us an explanation of their product and services with price. We agreed to replace 2 sliding glass doors, and Jason came to measure the job several days later, giving us a date for installation. The installers, Derek and Conner were personable, well prepared and efficient. Getting the large door unit up to upstairs master bedroom was a challenge they solved quickly by removing railing on adjoining deck, climbing onto adjacent pergola and lifting the units onto the deck. I was impressed by their ingenuity. Drop sheets used on floors, sat dish put back in place and left everything clean. We're pleased with the doors and the warranty. Ellie Langer

This is the second time using Centra Windows as we slowly replace all our windows. The product and service are both great and we will definitely be continuing with this company. We appreciate the customer service and the installers (Andrew, Aaron, and Damon) were fantastic.

We have since referred Centra Windows to a family member and will continue referring them to others.

Centra replaced 4 living room windows with triple pane, coated windows. The product was high quality and well installed Chris and Justin showed up at 10am and were done by 3pm including clean up. My dogs particularly enjoyed all the attention.

Our home was built in 1976 and all the windows were still the old single pane glass and the sills were in disrepair due to the condensation caused by them. We had investigated quotes from 3 other companies to replace all 14 windows and Centra, though one of the more expensive quotes, had the best quality, durability and modern enhancements one would expect to pay more for. They were able to to accommodate custom window requirements for 4 of our unique windows as well.

We want to thank the entire team of Jonathan, Jason, Justin, Tim and Josh from the inception to completion of this project. They were all easy to talk to, very experienced, ready to answer any questions, accommodating and very professional throughout the project. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to to replace doors and windows, thanks again for the great work!

Tim and Josh went above and beyond installing the windows at our house. They were both processional, prompt, and friendly. Tim took the time to walk thru everything with me and ask if I had any questions along the way. The windows have made a huge improvement on the appearance of our home. We are really happy with the whole experience.

We had a new front room window installed by Derek and Conner this morning. They both arrived early and ready to work. They were congenial, efficient and professional. Once the install was complete, Derek ensured that we understood the mechanism of the rotary openers and that everything was functioning well. We would feel confident in recommending this company to friends and family.

Our 15 windows and 2 patio doors had not been replaced in 30 years. The crew from Centra (Nick Read, Pat and Aaron Vicario) could not have been more professional, friendly and very informative in regards to any of my questions. They only took 2 days to complete and cleaned and vacuumed all areas before leaving. I have had so many neighbours (including the post lady) admire the end result. The temperature difference in the house is dramatic. Thank you very much for a job well done.
