Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Randy, Damon and Justin did a great job installing our new front windows on a very cold January day. They even tolerated our 4-yr old who was very curious and came to watch them bundled up in a huge blanket. We are very happy with our new windows and their work.

Friends strongly suggested we use Centra for our window and door upgrade. We saw exactly what we wanted in the showroom, and John came out and helped us finalize our decision. A price was established and the installation date was set a week later.
The Team showed up on the established date and did a great job on my windows and doors. The guys were very professional in both attitude and skills, and my confidence level was consistently
high throughout the job. The guys left my house this afternoon with everything completely finished and clean. They took care of a few extra little details that iced the cake for me, and truly left me satisfied with the entire transaction.
I want you to understand that I am a project manager for a reputable construction company, and I deal with a lot of tradespeople and suppliers every day. I often have to deal with companies that offer a level of quality that they either cant provide or wont follow through on without hassles. Centra exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the value of the work that was done, and will recommend that anyone else looking for windows and doors look at what these guys have to offer.

Randy and I have just had 90% of our windows replaced. The service we received from the team was stellar - right from Mark, the sales rep; Sean, the estimator; and the installation team, Greg, Ross, Andrew and Jamie, who joined them on the third day. They were extremely customer oriented, considerate of our home and property and very conscientious about the quality of the job they were doing. When we discovered a problem with one of the windows, they immediately gave solutions and helped us remedy the issue. I can't say enough good things about this team. We are confident that we made the correct choice in company, price, and quality and highly recomend them.

Right from the beginning everything was clearly explained and price quotes given covered eveything required to have an excellent job done. Once the windows were ready, our work crew of Harry, Kurtis and Taylor showed up on time and put in 2 full days doing a wonderful job on the installations. I would like to especially thank Harry who being the charge hand, made sure all the little details were completely done. They were a competent crew and I would definitely recommend Centra to any one who needs windows done. We are now enjoying the additional comfort and style they add to our home.

My experience with Centra has been more than satisfying. From the original visit and quote to the finished project, everyone involved were very polite and professional. Mike, Tyler, and Kyle were very organized, and worked quickly together as a team. They were respectful in my home, and upon completion of the job, did a complete clean-up. For the longest time, I have always wanted to change the Entry door that had a more welcoming feel. Not only did Centra have a variety of options and designs, they were able to help me with their professional advice too! The installation process was quick and efficient and took a reasonable amount of time. The quality of work is good and they arrived just as scheduled. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had Centra do all our windows in back of house a few years ago and were very happy. It now was time to do rest of house.

We just got new windows in our house. Fast installation, professional service, and they look great! So far we are happy with Centra. Thanks Carl, Cory, Kevin, and Ryan our house is so much nicer with beautiful new windows. Also, thanks for the clean-up. It was a rainy day and our house looked exactly the way we left it.

First window install from a Centra crew was not satisfactory - trim and window cases were not built well, improper fit and sloppy angles. I contacted main office and felt that I was followed up with very carefully and professionally. They sent in one of their best guys - Jordan MacDonald, also from Centra, came in to make things right. He rebuilt window boxes with a much better fit and finish. He also improved outside window flashings and caulking seals. Jordan seemed to take the time to do things right.
