First window install from a Centra crew was not satisfactory - trim and window cases were not built well, improper fit and sloppy angles. I contacted main office and felt that I was followed up with very carefully and professionally. They sent in one of their best guys - Jordan MacDonald, also from Centra, came in to make things right. He rebuilt window boxes with a much better fit and finish. He also improved outside window flashings and caulking seals. Jordan seemed to take the time to do things right.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Ensure all of their crew members maintain highest work ethic and standards for every job, from start to finish.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- As always, be vigilant about inspecting the work done on your house - try to view what workers are doing behind the scenes - what gets covered up at the end of the job - ask questions and verify that the answers you get with other unbiased sources that you trust. Demand high quality work and attention to detail - don't be a jerk, just be tough and fair.
