We had the best service from Jordan MacDonald, Brad Zimmer, Peter DeBoar and Richard Koebel. Most polite and friendly young men. We asked lots of questions and they took the time to answer everyone. Did great job and cleanup. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything.

Great windows and doors, fantastic quality! On top of the quality, the sound proofing is amazing, as is the difference in the cold that used to come into my house via the windows. Now, there is no cold coming through....definately a money saver with the heat! Andrew and Nick did the install and were fantastic! Very professional, friendly, and outgoing...definately knew what they were doing!
I highly recommend Centra to anybody and would recommend, if you can get them, Andrew and John!

The team of Juergen, Sam, and Drew did a great job with the installation of our windows and doors. The guys were friendly and accommodating around our cats and the house was tidy and clean after each day. Also, Nolan our sales rep made the the process easy. Our house feels warmer and looks better too. I would definitely recommend Centra.

From the estimator to the installer, these people work as a team. The installation team arrived on time, and did quality work. I was impressed with how they respected my home, and heir respect for me and my requests. They worked hard, and quickly. There was no wasted time, and when they left my windows were sparkling, and my floors swept! Would definitely recommend this company.

Good experience from start to finish. Have an older home that had aluminum framed windows which Centra Windows recently replaced with energy efficient vinyl framed windows. Sales/estimator Dave helped us determine which windows were best option for retrofitting in our existing window openings, windows/frames that looked good and were within our budget. Installers Clinton and Jason, with assist from helper John, showed up on-time, listened and answered all of my questions, were working within minutes of arriving, took care to protect our hardwood floors with many drop cloths and did a great job installing 10 new windows and cleaning up. Thanks muchly Centra Windows, good job.

We had new doors and windows installed last year in what was very inclement weather. Would like to thank both Nick and Andrew for the excellent job performed and we were very impressed with the hard work put into the project. They offered tips during the installation that we very much appreciated. End of the day all debris was removed and the areas cleaned up. After one year of the installation we have had no issues to deal with.

We also appreciated the service we received from John at the front end. Items were clearly explained and questions promtly answered back. John invited us to the Langley showroom and the service was excellent.

Would not hesitate to recommend the Centra product and the service provided.

In August we had 3 large windows installed 2 sliders and one picture window and a door. We found the quality and service to be excellent. The team of Nolan Miles and Sean Sinclaire were very helpful. The installation team led by Sam Wollendig did a perfect job.

Wow, it's been 2 weeks since having our windows installed and we just love them. The house is warmer and quieter.The service crew of Kristian, Erik & Shayne were very professional, punctual, expedient and tidy. They were able to install the windows when we had that one dry day in January. Everyone at Centra was extremely helpful and courteous: from estimating, measuring, scheduling, to installing.
