Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

After getting multiple quotes from contractors, we were looking for a company that would do everything from produce the windows to instalation. That is when a friend of the family recommended Centra, we are so glad they did. We took a tour of the factory and had the process explained to us, every thing that we were having installed was custom made to our house. Our instalation crew was Excellent, Randy, Damon, and Justin were all great guys and very professional. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done and how beautiful the end product looked. Any unforseen problems were dealt with skill of real craftsmen. Randy had some ideas for finishing touches that went above and beyond what we originally imagined for the house. It is like we are now living in a brand new house. We would love to get the same crew back to install our front door when it is ready. One last note about the Centra windows products, they are going to save us quite a bit of money with our heating bills, as I had to turn down the furnace 2 degrees within the first couple of days that the guys started to install the new windows. Thanks for everything Centra, can't wait to see what the house looks like with the new front door.

I had a great experience with the company. Simon was great with the estimate, I did not feel pressured to buy or to buy more than I wanted. The company was recommended by a friend, I checked out other projects they had done as well as received quotes from other companies. Yours was competitive and provided the best warranty. Al who came to do the measurements was prompt to return my calls, and confirm and remind me of the installation time.The installers Dennis, Brad and Adam did a great job, very efficient and tidy. All the workers were polite and courteous, respectful of my home and property. Installer Brad especially impressed me with his frequent cleaning through each step of the process, removing the old windows and installing the new ones, the trim looks great. My husband and I purchased our first home in November of 2011. We have been wanting to replace the windows as our first project, and heard of Centra through a friend who is a Manager there. We had John Larche come over and tell us all about the windows and give us a quote. We really wanted them done as soon as we could so we decided to do half the windows now, and half another time. They were totally OK with that, which we liked. We had our windows installed January 11, 2013. A huge front living room window, a bathroom window and our Master bedroom window. We had Kyle and Dave show up nice and early Friday morning, and they were extremely polite and professional and even were great with our new puppy Sophie who was trying to explore what they were doing ! They noticed that our front door wasn't closing properly and took it upon themselves to fiddle with a couple screws and fixed it for us. It took them two minutes, but they didn't have to do that, and it sets them apart. Clean up was great, and the finishing on the windows was excellent. They were both paid attention to detail and were passionate about the quality of Centra windows. We have slept in our home one night since, and we are pleased with how much heat we already noticed staying in the house. We are going to be requesting that Kyle and Dave finish the rest of the windows in our home. They made our first big project go by smoothly and quickly and that was a relief as new home owners. We will be recommending Centra to everyone and Kyle and Daves great work. Thanks guys :)

I replaced 4 windows and found the entire process to be handled promptly and professionally....The two installers Kevin Lesowski and Peter Dehoer were courteous and polite and produced a finished product that both my wife and I were very pleased.

The installation is top notch. I have had many contractors working in our home, but Peter and Kevin were very among the best. When they left, all of the mess and leftovers were cleared away and the product was installed like they did it for themselves. Val and I both commented on the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Thanks so much for the extra effort you put in to make it perfect. I know it will give us years of pleasure and service.

Installers Jake & Drew deserve high marks for excellent service on a day that delivered rain/sleet/snow/wind...and a wild bird into the house! The boys helped remove the bird, and, as my husband hurt his back, they helped put the drapes (still on rods) up, and were still cleaned up and gone well before I thought possible. Our salesman Mark was super, listened well to our concerns, and to the fact that our sliding door was barely serviceable - and when a cancellation came through we were lucky enough to get our windows/door in early! Thanks Mark - and the entire team. Highly recommend everyone!
