Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

First let me say that I LOvE my windows. They are quiet and keep the noise out and they keep the heat in. I recommended them to my parents when they got new windows and they were satisfied too. But, the salesman we dealt with was frustrating. He had quoted us with scroll out windows, not slide but what they installed while I was at work were the sliding windows which were cheaper. They were frustrating to deal with front that point on and we never got the 800 or so extra back nor did they give us the proper windows. In the end, we like our sliding windows but would have liked better customer service.

After receiving six quotes to install vinyl windows we chose Centra. This well estabished company with long term employees provided courteous and professional service on time within our budget. David and John gave us confidence that we chose the right company. Jason, Sean and Clinton worked efficiently and diligently as the installers leaving our home clean and tidy. They obviously took pride in their work and their company's products. We could not asked for better service and warranties. They know what they are doing and their brochures and catalgoues were extremely helpful. I liked their well equiped work truck and laying of floor protectors and the final (new) appearance of our home plus future heat cost savings. Our house is much more comfortable now with the other renovations, insulation, weather stripping improvements. Thanks Centra and all employees.

The 2 staff members that worked on Harwell Road were great. I didn't know there names, but they came from Langley and now live in Errington. The one boy had glasses and the other had short brown hair. They were the best because they were friendly, caring, professional and efficient. It was always a pleasure to get "Good Morning" and they ensured our 2 cats were safe when they were working on our unit! It made me feel relieved knowing they cared! They're the BEST! And they were always on time.

We took estimates and interviewed several installation companies before we chose Centra.Greg,the sales rep,was our initial contact.He was polite informative,willing to negotiate and never pushy.Because we were waiting to hear from other companies,we let some time go by,and the only follow up from him was a nice e-mail thanking us for our consideration and a reminder that they were here to answer any concerns we might have.We found that although their pricing was not the cheapest,(but competetive)it is offset by a very comprehensive warranty.The crew,including Corey ,Tim and headed by Carl
were a pleasure to work with.They were extremely professional,respectful of our home,and highly skilled.We are more than pleased with our decision to go with this company and would always recommend them to anyone without hesitation.Corey even did a favour for me that had nothing to do with the windows.We also had a pleasant surprise when we saw that they had done some finishing that was not part of our contract.This is an excellent window company with an exceptional group of people to do business with.Thank-you again,Greg.Carl.Cory and Tim.

We recently had Centra install the balance of our house windows, The install team lead by Greg with assistance from Ross and Jayme did an outstanding job ! They installed the 24 windows over 2 days.They were extremely prompt, organized and effecient. The install and attention to detail was amazing. After the install was complete Greg and Ross did a walk through and Greg showed us some key tips and features on the windows. The clean up was fantastic, you would never even know they were in the house. We would highly recommend Centra windows, Greg and his install team to anyone. It was a pleasure having them in our house. Also thx to Sales Manager Mark Brandow for insuring such a smooth process front start to finish. The windows look fantastic and really updates the look of our house.

Some of my windows were single pane, and my front door and patio sliding glass door used to whistle when it was stormy outside. I met some of the Centra team at a home show, liked them and their product. I eventually set up an appointment for an estimate. They install 8 new double paned vinyl windows, a patio door, and front door. They were cheerful, fun, and fast. I love my new windows and doors, no more whistling when the wind blows, and my heating bill seems much lower. Any problems were handled without worry or extra cost. The Centra people are great!

We had all our doors and windows replaced in our home back in 2007. Recently, we needed the front door adjusted, and we contacted Centra in Langley. They sent Paul out to service our door. Paul was courteous, professional, and helpful. He noticed right away the hinge needed to be replaced and with a few adjustments, the door now opens/closes properly. The service was completed within half an hour. Thanks Paul!

We had all of our windows replaced and the work was done in a professional and timely fashion. The installers, Harry, Curtis and 2 helpers(whose names escape me but they know who they are) were here on time every morning and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done.It was a big undertaking and was completed in 5 days. They laid out mats to walk on and cleaned up before they left for the day. Our sales rep, Joan, was equally as friendly and professional and was always available to answer our questions. We are really happy with our choice and would highly recommend Centra to anyone needing their windows replaced.
