Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Thank you to the two teams of installers that worked quickly and professionally on the install of our windows. Mike, Kyle and Tyler did an amazing job getting the big windows in the first day. Kristian, Kyle, Damon and Adrian were just as amazing doing the doors the second day. All of the guys were friendly, professional and conscientious - especially keeping an eye on the toddler when the doors had to be left open! Thank you to Mark Brandow for bringing us a great product. Our house is so warm now!

I want to say "Thanks" for a good job to the folks from Centra Windows that installed 28 windows in our home, as well as a bathroom fan unit. The installation crew of Kyle, David, Justin, and Nathan, as well as the follow up service rep Paul, all conducted themselves professionally. Kyle would plan each day's tasks so as to minimize disruption in the home, and the whole crew took the time to use drop sheets to guard the floors from dirt and damage. From beginning to end, when John Larche gave us the quote, our experience has been a good one.
The customer service reps Crystal and Angie were very pleasant to deal with, and helped us get a screen replaced that went missing. We are really enjoying the new windows. The quality of the units seems very good, and we feel very comfortable that Centra Windows, with their focus on customer service, will stand behind their work.

GREAT service from Centra right from begining to end. Mark the sales manager explained the product and available rebate grants. Joan, the salesperson, Sean, the fellow who came to take the measurements, and the installers, Nick & Andrew. They were all amazing. They were clean, efficient, friendly, helpful and prompt. But perhaps what impressed us the most was the pride they took, both in the jobs they did, and the company they work for. Crystal and Paul also promptly took care of a very small problem we had.

We purchased a 30 year old house which only had a few windows swapped out since its was built. We were intimidated at what we thought the cost would be to have the remainder replaced. We were reccomended to Centra windows by family and were very surprised at thier affordable quote. They were able to have the window built and installed wihtin 2 weeks! The installers Randy, Damon, and Justin did an amazing job! The install was a pleasant experience and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I am highly impressed with the cost, appearance, quick service and most importantly amazing instalation crew! Awesome work!

Just want to drop a note of thanks to you and your staff at your Langley warehouse, particularly to Jacquie, Crystal, the lady that brought me coffee, and the gentleman that made me a new window screen, (sorry, I did not get their names).
We had Centra windows and doors installed 14 years ago, and needless to say we are very happy we did that! Last week, an incident forced me to break in to my house to gain access; lucky for me that I left my upstairs window open, and only had to pry the screen off. It was a lot more difficult to pry it off from the outside than from the inside, especially if yout were on the last 2 rungs of a ladder. I called your Langley warehouse and spoke to Crystal with regards to repair or replacement, and she told me it could be easily done. When I arrived at the warehouse, I was greeted by Jacquie, who was very accommodating and called Crystal right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes and I had a new screen made for me. When I asked how much I owed, Crystal said no worries, that I drove from Burnaby to Langley, so no charge! Wow!! I was floored!! Not only do you have excellent products, but have great service to back it up!! This says a lot about your company. I will always recommend Centra products to the people I know.

The whole process from meeting our salesman to the final installation of our new windows has been fantastic. Our installation crew of Jurgen, Sam, and Drew did an amazing job, on time, polite, helpful, and willing to do what ever it took to complete the job. They left the house spotless inside and out.I would not hesitate to recomend your company and if I have any further need for any home improvements, I won't hesitate to call Centra. David & Pat of your Kamloops location installed 5 windows for us yesterday. This is the second install of 5 windows over the past 2 years, David being part of that initial team as well. I am totally amazed at the teamwork these two guys exhibited (I could call them a "Tag Team"). They each seemed to read the other's mind and with minimal verbal communication, the install was the most efficient piece of work I have seen. Job well done, guys, and thanks!
