Abe Marte from Langley

Just want to drop a note of thanks to you and your staff at your Langley warehouse, particularly to Jacquie, Crystal, the lady that brought me coffee, and the gentleman that made me a new window screen, (sorry, I did not get their names). We had Centra windows and doors installed 14 years ago, and needless to say we are very happy we did that! Last week, an incident forced me to break in to my house to gain access; lucky for me that I left my upstairs window open, and only had to pry the screen off. It was a lot more difficult to pry it off from the outside than from the inside, especially if yout were on the last 2 rungs of a ladder. I called your Langley warehouse and spoke to Crystal with regards to repair or replacement, and she told me it could be easily done. When I arrived at the warehouse, I was greeted by Jacquie, who was very accommodating and called Crystal right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes and I had a new screen made for me. When I asked how much I owed, Crystal said no worries, that I drove from Burnaby to Langley, so no charge! Wow!! I was floored!! Not only do you have excellent products, but have great service to back it up!! This says a lot about your company. I will always recommend Centra products to the people I know. Thank you so much!
