Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

We selected Centra Windows to replace 4 aluminum windows in our mid-70's home. They were very professional and helpful the whole way through the process: the salesman Mark, the showroom staff, and especially the installers Sam, Kyle and Tyler. These guys worked SO hard, showed up on-time, were very polite, protected our floors with drop sheets, cleaned up thoroughly after they were done, and generally were a pleasure to deal with. Their work was top notch, they really knew what they were doing. I was so pleased with the end result, especially my "dream" item, which was a beautiful garden window.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, especially since I really shopped around and compared windows from other places. For quality, peace of mind, and professionalism, you get what you pay for, and these guys are worth it.

I chose Centra due to their explanation of how they would conduct and guarantee their install work and was not disappointed. Thanks to the installers, Jurgen, Kurtis & Drew, I am now confident that my house is as air & water tight as possible. I am not at all confident that some of the other companys' work who quoted on my job would have given me this peace of mind even though the prices were very similar. Additionally, I liked the one-stop-shop Centra offers for my patio door renovation so I did not have to hire a separate contractor and electrician as both were required. The salesman, Mark, fully explained the entire process to me and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks. Dave

Very satisfied with the professional and efficient work of Clinton, Josh, and Jason. They showed up on time and got things started quickly. Installation was finished in great time and new product was installed professionally. All workers were very friendly, kept things tidy and cleaned up well when job was finished. We came back to Centra after having 10 windows replaced a few years ago. Robin was our salesperson then and dealt with us again this time with a great deal of professionalism. Randy, Damon and Justin worked on the installation for 2 days..they were courteous and always willing to take the time to answer my picky questions and queries.They took pride in their work and did a great cleanup. This job was completed by the Centra crew in Nanaimo. Although we got off to a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication about first visit for a quote, I must admit all else went well from there on. I was happy with the price which was neither the lowest or highest, but the warranty was excellent and transferable.
Corey and Jeremy were [pleasant, clean (a big thing with me) and had the job done in promised time. They explained in detail what was done when installing the window and walked me through the process of removing screen and window section for cleaning.
We are thrilled with the new look which opens up and enlarges the entire living room.

Our Sales rep (Greg Bodnarchuk) was friendly, informed, accommodated our schedules (not an easy thing to do!) and even showed up on installation day to ask us if we were happy thus far.

The installers (Carl McLean, Jeremy Ross, and Corey Vey) were on time, very friendly courteous and clean. The install took less time than I was expecting tho' I never felt they were rushing to get to the next job or doing anything less than a quality job. They answered all my tedious and sometimes unrelated questions with professional know-how and suggestions. I won't hesitate to tell friends and family that need work done to get Centra and this particular crew if they can. By the way, the place looks awesome!

They are suppose to be pro they run the bathroom fan they installed into our roofs J-vent. Turns out because they did that there was no air flow. They had someone come out to inspect it and we thought they were going to fix the problem but they backed out just a few days before they were scheduled to come out.

In response to your comment Centra. We paid you as professionals to upgrade our home one of the things being done was proper install of a bathroom fan we didnt expect you to utilize our only j vent at that end of the house. One of your employees came out a couple of weeks ago and confirmed you guys made a huge error with the install it should have had its own venting. Its sad you cant admit you made a mistake.

I was extremely satisfied with the work of Jason ,Josh,and Clinton .They were on time , efficient , experienced, and informative . I will recommend Centra windows to my friends and neighbors and will use their services again .
