This job was completed by the Centra crew in Nanaimo. Although we got off to a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication about first visit for a quote, I must admit all else went well from there on. I was happy with the price which was neither the lowest or highest, but the warranty was excellent and transferable. Corey and Jeremy were [pleasant, clean (a big thing with me) and had the job done in promised time. They explained in detail what was done when installing the window and walked me through the process of removing screen and window section for cleaning. We are thrilled with the new look which opens up and enlarges the entire living room.
