I purchased townhome from Zancor Homes in King City.I am very satisfied with the quality and customer service is great!The site supervisor Anthony is very responsive and deals with issues right away.Yes,we have had some deficiencies,but everything was fixed. I would recommend Zancor Homes!

I purchased the home nearly 1 year ago. We performed our pre inspection and notice a few items that were incomplete and also notice that the home was filthy with dust and construction garbage. We were told that the home would be cleaned prior to the moving in date. (2 weeks later) The day we moved in I noticed that the home was not cleaned and nothing the was indentified in the pre inspection was completed. Almost a year in and I am still trying to get these items completed. The people at Zancor provides me with a date and assures me that it will be completed, but the date comes and goes and nothing happens. One example is a piece of valence trim and a bathtub stopper that needs to be installed. It's been almost a year, the last email I received I was told that it would be completed on October 29 2014. It is now mid December and still no success. I will have to put it in my 1 year form and possibly go to conciliation to get This simple item resolved. Zancor has been very difficult to deal with because they tell you what you want to hear but do not deliver. Another significant item is that my home was not built to meet code. The lasted building code required that a smoke detector is installed in every bedroom and in the hallways. This is not the case for my home built in 2013. I am not sure how this passed inspections but it certainly raises questions. I do not recommend Zancor as a builder of choice. A friend purchased a tribute home and the difference is night and day. Zancor homes use cheap materials and have very poor customer service.

we bought a zancor home from a buyer that fell thru so it was not lived in. We moved in a year ago now and it was built in sept 2013. I love the house however there was a lot of things left unfinished. We did our 30 day inspection on the property and most of the same issues are still on the 1 year inspection. The worksite people come over look at it and tell you yup we will have that fixed right away to no avail 1 yr later we are still waiting. I was just told on the phone that they layed our sod as a complimentary service before the curbs and side walks went in. The Sod was laid in late aug so the house was almost a year old already but it was a complimentary service!! What a joke! Our driveway is still not paved and actually there isn't even a proper cut out to get into the driveway! We drive over a curb that has dirt piled up to make a ramp! Our car bumpers are getting ruined trying to get in and out of our own house that we paid half a million for and when I asked zancor are you going to pay to repair our bumpers due to the lack of respect and getting the work done I was laughed at! Now I'm told it won't be until next spring till our driveway gets paved so that will make our house a year and a half old that we have been driving over a curb!! I don't feel that they care about the homeowner after they have your money!! Although I love my house I WOULD NOT recommend zancor as a home you buy cause if there is a problem it's impossible to get the work done and they have you calling all different people to keep passing the buck! Step up and get the work done that the homeowners have paid for. Zancor is ridiculous!!!

My husband found the Zancor show home. We picked a floor plan that we both liked. We added a few custom things as well. The work was done on time and to our satisfaction.

We chose our preferred floor plan. Somehow a door got put in that we didn’t expect. They didn’t charge us for it; however, we didn’t want it in the first place. They had me sign off on it, even though it was not in the original plan. I had asked for no bulkheads. However, I did end up with bulkheads, although they did give a credit for that. I wish they had paid more attention to our requirements. Communication was not good. The wrong bathtub was installed in the master bath, they did fix that. It was not an easy build. The workmanship is okay.

I have bought homes from Zancor twice now. The first time it was a townhouse. It was extremely well done. I was totally happy with it, but had to up size. We went back to the sales office and met with Amanda and Diane. They are excellent! They didn't rush us, and were very helpful. We found a lot that we liked and chose a floor plan. Zancor offers good service, and the home was built solidly. It is amazing, we are very happy with it. We like the look of neighborhood here, not cookie cutter. It is also a safe neighborhood for kids. Our only problem was minor and it was the exterior painting. That was fixed as well as all the minor tweaking associated with a new home. I cannot say enough about their service. This is my forever home!

Zancor was building in our interested area. We are very happy with our choices, Zancor overall it is a good builder and observed the building of our house and been very pleased with the quality of our house. As any new house thinks happened and if there were critical were solved almost immediately; however I found that communication between the office and the buyer is not that great- the communication is something they could work to improve in order to receive a full 10 rating – I would definitely recommend the builder to my family and friends.

Arthur, the sales rep at Zancor Homes is excellent. He answered all our questions; he kept things smooth and professional. It was the second home we had built, this time it went very well, all the paperwork, everything. It was a positive experience. We are not in the house quite yet, but it is proceeding well.
