I LOVE MY HOME!! I have had wonderful service. from day 1 I feel we've had support from all of the Zancor workers. My family and I couldn't have chosen a better builder. Any issues were cleared up quickly. We have been in our home for 2 years and plan to stay for another 15 :)

My Zancor home is defective and has a major leak from the roof. It has caused major damage to our home and Zancor refuses to correctly fix it each they try as they don't want to spend any money. Don't buy a Zancor home it will be the worse experience of your life. Fab doesn't even care enough to meet to discuss the issues and his staff come up with every excuse possible as to why they don't need to correct this deficiency in the house and don't even address it with us. They built a home with a major issue, beware and stay way from this builder.

We bought our house in King City from Zancor Homes and moved in a few months ago. Dealing with Zancor was great and we love our new house.
If your looking for a quality house in a great neighbourhood I recommend Zancor in King.

The builder seems to have a krystal ball when repair resolution is required. Extremely poor post warranty service as Zancor likes to blame the home buyer for issues. Legal action and Tarion interactions are a must.

Stay Away from this builder and hire yourself a lawyer if you buy from him!!Sloppy workmanship,terrible customer service once the deal is done.This builder cares about only himself..not realizing this is someones home!!!

Very poor customer service, did not receive support from anyone including the owner. I was told if I had an issue I needed to deal with his lawyer. I would strongly recommend staying away from this builder. Everyone I have spoken to that purchased a home from Zancor is disappointed. I really regret buying my home from Zancor.

We purchased our house from Zancor keeping our fingers crossed as they seemed pretty shady initially. Once they had our deposit and knew we had bought our house, things began changing. We went to the model home and asked a representative for a fireplace upgrade like the one that was shown in the model home with marble surrounding it. It was absolutely gorgeous and we really wanted it. The sales representative was very keen on getting us just what we wanted and mentioned that it would cost us 3500 dollars to upgrade the fireplace. We thought, "what the heck, why not?" and we got it done. BIG MISTAKE!!! Once the fireplace was set and ready, we came to check it out and were disappointed beyond any words can describe. The fireplace stuck out of the wall over 2 feet into our family room and only three small slabs of marble surrounded the fireplace, one on top and one on each side. This looked not only tacky, but cheap and nothing like the model home looked like. When we mentioned it to the manager and they said we didn't ask for it. We even asked to speak to the representative and even he denied that we asked for it like the model home. We paid over 3500 after taxes for that and it is horrible. The hardwood flooring was another mistake, they took an arm and a leg in terms of funds and when it was completed, the hardwood had gaps big enough to hold two toonies all over the floor in over 30 places. We waited over two months to get that fixed and couldn't buy furniture or put anything. They told us it would settle in after it had dried, we waited weeks and it never did. We also had a leak in our basement near the electrical panel where the house wiring was. Water was pouring down the panel right when it began raining. They took three weeks to repair that. Our house is a corner lot, so we have many people staring at it as it is on the main road in our area. Zancor didn't even think to give us any nice upgrades to make their company look good. If you have a nice corner lot, people ask and say, "who built your house? It's beautiful!" Our house is plain and our side door faces the main street, no upgrades, no porch just a door on the side of the house. Beyond that, customer service was horrible. We had to beg and even hired a lawyer at one point to get work done from them. They would deny everything we said and not once came to listen to our complaints. We hired a lawyer and sent a letter to Zancor through the lawyer. They responded after almost 7 months and were rude about it. We paid over $470 000 for our house after upgrades and they still wouldn't help us with their own mistakes. Think twice before investing in their homes. I wish someone had written a review about them when I was looking into buying a home because I would have never bought it. We are moving soon and look forward to our next house. It will not be a Zancor home. good luck

Big mistake buying from this company. Do yourself a favour, before considering buying from this man, ring any doorbell at random and speak to the homeowners. You'll be so glad you didn't buy from him. Very unprofessional. Poor finishing. Poor service.

Zancor Homes a big disappointment and huge mistake. They don't understand the concept of good customers relation, professionalism and responsibility. They are mostly late for closing dates (11 months in my case). They deliver unfinished products. They offer poor and unprofessional response to customer's needs and their products have poor workmanship. In my opinion, Zancor Homes' team are unreliable, unorganized and incompetent.
