After researching new homes in the area I found Zancor Homes to provide the best value. The standard finishes Zancor offers surpassed other builders within the area. The construction team so far have been knowelegeable and polite. Overall great experience!!

I wanted a home away from the hustle and bustle of the Gta. Zancor Homes seemed to offer the best value for the price. Extras were priced slightly on the higher side so I did only pick the ones I knew I couldn't do later on. The build quality was quite impressive. I was delayed from the original closing date but I did check with sales before selling my home.

Very happy with quality of the build. Staff has been friendly and polite also answering my questions. We have had minor problems / concerns but the service team has been quick to respond.

The worst builder ever! We totally regretted our decision to buy a house from them. Everything is wrong with the house. Worst workmanship and worst customer service ever. Stay away from them.

STAY AWAY from Zancor Homes builder!! Poor quality builder, using cheap materials and dealing with unprofessional subcontractors. We bought the house 2 years ago in King City area. We have wavy floor and ceiling. Moreover, we still have a lot of leaks in our home, and now because of their neglecting behavior we have a mold. However, they are continuing to ignore us: don’t answer our emails and phone calls. The customer service is not existing. My husband went to their CUSTOMER OFFICE to receive the answers about mold remediation and leakage repair, so they kicked him out of the office and called the police. Really!!!! So, where is our 100% customer satisfaction and luxury homes- as they promise in their ads? I am strongly not recommended to buy homes from Zancor Home builder.

Stay away from this builder! We have had 22 leaks in our home! They will not repair until forced to by Tarion and reconciliation process. Fixes have proven to be temporary! Daniel even emailed us "to go ahead and call Tarion" after reporting that our home was still leaking. We have already had take Zancor to court over bylaw issue that they would not adhere to and won. Customer service is terrible. This builder is a complete bully. This is our third new home and have never experienced such a nightmare! Plan on contacting a lawyer to resolve leaks by hiring someone competent!

We bought anew home in Brooklin. The house has a walkout from the basement. Upgraded French doors were improperly aligned, initially would not lock at all, damaged by Zancor service, still do not close properly. Water literally poured in during rain we put out towels and containers to catch the water. A "water test" showed no problem. It took 2 years before it was discovered that the window above had not been sealed. The deck between those windows was removed to reval a header with water damage and beginnings of mould. 2nd storey deck never replaced, or doors which led to the deck properly secured. Large gaps in the flooring in the basement persist after two attempts to fix it- a subfloor was never installed and there is a slope to a drain causing the problem. After over 2 years of bringing the problem to their attention, we were told our warranty had expired. If you have delay after delay in response, any warranty will have sufficient time to expire. We were actually advised by the salesperson to contact our lawyer as she was not getting a response from Zancor. After sales service is atrosius and customer service is non-existent.

Horrible customer service specially we had the worst experience ever (so far) with their decor center! Their decor-rep is not accommodating at all ! She gives discounts to whomever she wants for the same project. For the structural appointment she mentioned "No weekend" although she set up a meeting with another home buyer (my friend!) during the weekend. She made us to sign all the papers promising to provide us with the answers of the questions we asked and by the time she provided us with the answers she mentioned that there is a 5k fee for a change! Never trust her or any of their representatives. Make sure you know all the answers before signing or better don’t buy from ZANCOR!

from the day we moved in PROBLEMS. cold store filled in, over 22 leaks in basemen, receptacle and lights wired wrong. forged documents. removing the shower mold and water in the walls, wrong drywall. complete nightmare never buy from them!! to top it off they have a bad attitude no customer service.

I have not received the safety ( Grading Deposit) back. I moved to this house 4.5 years ( almost 5 years) I have been calling them every 6 months. They are telling they have received the safety deposit from the city of Brampton but they have not released it for anyone. At the same time, my friend bought a house through a different builder a year back and he had received his safety ( grading deposit) back. Very bad customer service. Please avoid this builder if you can.
