Luiz has helped us now on two occasions - once with a line repair/install of a pressure reducer, and most recently with diagnosing and replacing our basement sump ejector pump. On both occasions, he was excellent - arrived promptly, got the job done effectively, and made sure things were clean following. He was very personable, and answered our questions directly and honestly. If we need assistance in the future, we will be sure to call!

Had a blocked main line in the basement with water backing up in our furnace room. I panicked and phoned the first company that came up in the Google search "best plumber Calgary." The service was good but I'm not sure how anyone is in business charging these ridiculous rates. Worked out to about $380/hr. I learned my lesson the expensive way. Would never recommend this company.

Very polite and helpful on the phone. The service specialist showed up on time and was professional. He made the proper assessment, went over the pricing with me and then did the work in a timely fashion. Once the work was complete he showed me the finished product and was on his way. Very happy with all aspects of the job from the initial phone call to the end of the work.

Luiz was the technician who came and replaced our hot water tank. He was very courteous and explained everything as he was going along. Very pleased with his work. Did I pay more than somewhere else? Possibly, but the service was great right from the first phone call talking to Tessa in customer service to the job's finish.

I had a couple small jobs that I had put off for a while and finally decided to get them done. I had used ClearView for projects at my office so decided to reach out to them for my personal needs. Linda was amazingly helpful and friendly using the online chat and was able to get someone out to me within a few hours, despite it definitely not being an emergency. Brian showed up and listened to my concerns and then explained the causes and presented a variety of solutions to meet my needs. He was very honest and upfront about how things worked and even suggested he might not be the most cost-effective option for one of the procedures. In the end, Brian fixed my primary issue quickly and effectively and never once did I feel like I was being kept out of the loop or being taken advantage of for not knowing about plumbing. I highly recommend giving this team a call for any plumbing needs as they get the job done right, quickly, professionally and with little worry.

Luiz came out to our house within 30 mins or phoning, very polite and clean, even put on boot covers everytime he came in and out of the house. I'd say that he was there for about 45 minutes to an hour, cleaned up after himself and left. If I ever need any other plumbing issues taken care of I would not hesitate to call Clearview and I would ask for Luiz if I was given the opportunity.

The entire experience from first calling to book an appointment until the job was completed was effortless and stress free. Brian G. was the person doing the repairs and he was punctual and very professional. I was having a toilet repaired so he did a quick inspection of the two bathrooms to see what other problems may be present. He clearly explained the different options to me and provided quotes for each service option that was available so I could choose what best fit my needs. The work was completed quickly and the area was cleaned so there was no trace or mess left behind. There is also warranty on the parts and labour so that is a nice piece of mind. My only negative would be that the price was quite expensive; but after looking around at other options I realized that all reputable plumbers in Calgary are expensive so this isn't really a fault solely on ClearView. Would go with them again if I ever need future plumbing work done.

Clearview is on a monthly contract with us and John, our regular technician, is fantastic. He is always professional and courteous and when we have a problem, he explains it in a way that allows you to get the problem and why you want to fix the problem. I would highly recommend using Clearview on any of your heating and plumbing needs.

Gerry was very good and right on time. Repairs were done as requested. Pricing was extremely high - declined anything other than what was needed. A new kitchen faucet would be over $800 - give me a break. I can buy one at Home Depot for $100.00 and installation should be less than an hour. Will be getting quotes for any future work done. Doubt I will use this company again. My experience seems to be the same as other reviews here.

Gerry is always friendly and very professional. He is extremely knowledgable with their services, products and suggestions on what needs to be improved along with the why and how. He is never pushy with his suggestions just consultative.
