I awoke to find that there was no hot water. Cleaview was able to come same day to replace my tank. Brian G was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to all my friends.

We had a new furnace installed by Clearview Plumbing and Heating this week, and we couldn't be happier. The service at all levels was fantastic. We were treated in a respectful and courteous fashion throughout the experience. We felt that they were very honest with us, and that we were in capable hands. Clearview will be tops on our list should we need any help in the future. We would especially like to mention Hillary, Jimi, Immar and Gerry, as they were friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with.

Our heating technician Gerry from ClearView Plumbing & Heating was very professional, clean and very quick with the service. Gerry was also very courteous and pleasant to during the appointment.

Great service from Brian and Shay at ClearView. They replaced my toilet quickly. I also appreciated that they gave me a few options for the replacement, and a few other things around the house.

I called Clearview to address an issue with my furnace. I was told the fee would be $65 to get a technician over. When the technician arrived I was told there would be a $330+ dollar diagnostics fee that would come off the cost of any required repairs. The technician said the flames sensor needed to be replaced. After having this done the furnace did not work and I was told I would need a new circuit board and motor and that this still may not fix the issue after costing close to $4000. It was very apparent they were trying to tell me I needed to replace the furnace all together for a cost between $6000-7000. At this point I got them to stop any work in order to get a second opinion. At this time they tried to charge me for the fire sensor as well as the diagnostic charge even though it was specifically told that one would come off the price of the other. Only after arguing for some time was the one charge removed.
I called in another company. They said that I had to remove one of the thermostats that I had hooked into the furnace, replace the motor and he reconnected a few loose wires. This has solved the issue completely for way less money and without having to replace the unit. Beware of upselling!! Very glad I got another opinion! Paid $480 for essentially nothing.

Brian G was a very good technician, he completed the service efficiently and promptly. He was very pleasant and ensured that the job was completed properly. He prepared the site properly and ensured that it was left in the same condition he found it.

Last year I purchased a plan from clearview plumbing that entitled me to a discount on any work done throughout that year, priority appointments as well as an end of the year service call to go thru all the plumbing in the house to make sure it was working well. They do not call to remind you of this appointment. You are on your own for that. I found this a little surprising. Despite that, I had them come out and by the time the guy left I had a quote of 8000.00 on a 7 year old house!!! To
give an example of what he was coming up with.... He told me that my sink in the bathroom was plugged up. This was true but he explained that it was full of soap and hair and would be a
big job to unclog it. Quote... 500.00. That evening, my husband went to Home Depot and bought a 5.00 apparatus that easily removed the build up in that sink. In addition, This plumber was ready to tear out one of our toilets to replace with one of his. I have since spoken to another plumber who strongly recommended to follow up with the toilet maker, (TOTO, which makes some of the best toilets on the market) to have them cover the part under warranty. Not only that the new plumber offered to do it for me and the cost of fixing it is minimal compared to what we would have paid if we had gone with Clearview. The question that runs thru my mind is "How could that Clearview plumber look me in the eye and so enthusiastically try to sell me such nonsense"? While we do
have a few small things we will probably spend closer to 600.00 then 8000.00! As a side note, we had a plumber out last year when we originally signed up for this program to replace our kitchen faucet. We supplied to faucet and regrettfully it does not fit our sink properly. Rather than using his apparent expertise to foresee the problem the plumber last year just went ahead and installed it. Even his coworker agreed that it shouldn't have been installed. As i have said, I have found another plumber and will NEVER recommend clearview plumbing to anyone!!
