Call Reliance Mackrnzie for a service call on a older Carrier furnace that wasnt working properly on Stat holiday. Appointment was quickly booked same day within next 4 hrs they showed up in 2. The problem was quickly diagnosed as cracked heat exchanges a common problem with that year and model. Rep from Reliance came by shortly after to measure for a new furnace. New carrier high efficiency was installed next day within the time window booked. All technicians were courteous and professional.
Definitely 5 star for service, promptness!

Kyle was sent to assess and recommend an upgrade and repair for the issue.
He was prompt and courteous and explained his thinking and his plan to remedy the situation. It seems to be working now.. Yippee

Town and country installed the furnace and the venting was not working and was causing issues. Maz was the technician and he came the same day. He was excellent and very nice. Great service!!!

We noticed water coming out from beneath the furnace and called for service. The service technician was excellent. He also did the annual checkup as part of the service. Hopefully the problem will not occur again as it has happened before immediately after the furnace was installed in 2015.

I called for a quote sales lady was the next day she was very nice. Called a technician to make sure that it could be installed happened very quick. the next day I had a technician install it he was very very good did an excellent job. I've had my tankless water heater for a little while now and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks

Rental Service. Had to wait for a bit before the installer came however they called on a few occasions to keep me in the loop. Luckily I had the entire day off or would have rebooked. Cleaned up and courteous is a plus.

Great installation experience, Christian takes great pride in his work. Glad I was home to be part of the install as there were issues that I did not expect. A/C unit itself was dented but replaced, wrong measurements were provided by salesman, and poor installation of furnace performed by same company 8 years ago and not to code. That said very happy with the install crews work and professionalism, but set backs took 4-5 hours more than expected. Would definitely recommend him again! Also recommend being present during install and ask questions and raise your concerns- they will address them quickly.

I had a problem with our rented water heater. The gas would not ignite and stay on to heat the water in the water heater. Quaid the plumber that worked on the water heater had to trouble shoot the problem and spent a longtime to try and resolve the issue. I observed how he worked which was very professional and courteous considering the frustration on solving the issue. It should be noted that 2 technicians had come prior to Quaid visit and could not solve the issue. Quaid worked long and hard replacing the gas valve sensors etc...checking the chimney for blockages etc..he tried everything possible to get it to work , however in the end a new water heater was installed to replace the old one..but I had to admire how Quaid did everything he could to fix the old water heater and remained professional and courteous despite what must have been very frustrating. Good job Quaid and thank you!
