Service technician was very knowledgeable and provided some good tips as well as performing the service work efficiently.

Helga updated my furnace kit, explained in detail why, cleaned and water down my air conditioner, very professional, clean up after himself.

Very thorough. Explained what he did and went over condition of our unit. I was very satisfied with his friendly, helpful attitude I would rate his performance as top notch or 5 out of 5.

I was panic stricken when I heard a strange noise coming from the furnace and a unsettling burning smell. I called Abbey Air and their technician , Helge, was here promptly. He gave me some options and then replaced the blower motor and made a suggestion about replacing the furnace down the line.
