The service tech Helge Hetzer was courteous and professional and explained the repairs. He was prompt and called to communicate his ETA. Quite pleased with the service.

The work was done perfectly with a few additional minor relacements and adjustments to the furnace drain.

Helge Hetzer was the Tech who came to service our air conditioner for the coming summer. He vacuumed, cleaned and changed the air filter. He is very polite with a happy attitude and kept us informed as he went along doing his work. We could tell that he enjoyed his job. We were impressed when he took the grills off the air conditioner and hosed off the dirt from the fins. We learnt that this needs to be done every summer. Thank You Helge for that valuable lesson. It is nice to know that you got our back and take good care of your customers. Hope we can get you again for our next service. You did a super job!
