I was panic stricken when I heard a strange noise coming from the furnace and a unsettling burning smell. I called Abbey Air and their technician , Helge, was here promptly. He gave me some options and then replaced the blower motor and made a suggestion about replacing the furnace down the line. Prompt - thorough - efficient . Who could ask for more?
