About Pure Air provides excellent service time and time again. Peter is professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. He provided us with a reasonable quote to have our furnace changed and the job was completed in a neat, tidy and timely manner. He is always quick to respond to issues and able to come service within days of calling.

This company never delivers anything but exceptional quality and service. We have been one of their customers for three years now, and they are always on time, showing up exactly when they say they will. They are polite, courteous (always take their boots/shoes off right away) and get right to the problem at hand, without wasting any time. When they have completed their work, they are always able and willing to answer any questions I have and give good information and trouble shooting tips. Our furnace stopped working on a very cold February morning, Peter came in first thing that morning even though we live all the way in Hamilton.
He spent most of the day at our home fixing our furnace and driving to Oakville to pick up parts. He had to come back later in the evening again.
With a toddler at home, it was so important to have heat. He spent so much time and was so diligent. Went above and beyond. And the price was beyond reasonable. I would never consider another company.

We were very impressed with the excellent service we received from Peter. We own a business in Toronto and rely on our humidifier for our services. I had nearly a dozen contractors have a look at my combined heating and hot water system that was giving me problems. I also was looking to add another zone pump to heat my basement floor. Peter not only correctly diagnosed the problem he very quickly responded with a quotation and completed the project within a week of our first meeting.
