Peter presents options available for the work that is needed and clearly explains the pros/cons of teach option. He instills a level of confidence up front in the work that will be done and then follows through with exactly what he committed to. Always prompt and reliable and was very flexible in finding solutions that met our needs. About Pure Air MORE than met out needs for this furnace / AC changeout.
