Long overdue review -

We had carpet runners installed on four staircases, and both the service and product were outstanding. You won't find better customer service anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely go with them again in the future.

We purchased a runner for our stairs at carpet palace on including- to say that we are happy is an understatement. Walking into the store we were promptly greeted and attended to
We told the young man helping us what we were looking for, he was very knowledgable and was able to offer us several suggestions.
Long story short we are beyond happy, the installation crew were very professional and even cleaned up afterwards
Later in the evening the owner called us to ensure that we were happy- this is unheard of
We also purchased an awesome area rug for our living room

I went to several stores and finally settled on Carpet Palace. They instilled confidence from the minute I walked in the door. Bill was patient - when I changed my mind a couple of times before finally making a decision. They accommodated my schedule of when to do the work and the pricing was better than the other quotes I received. It would be great if their installers were friendlier but the work was done quickly and excellently. And I love my new hardwood floor.

We called 4 companies to get a quote on installing carpet in our basement and not only did they provide the best pricing, but they also scheduled it sooner and the crew completed the installation with professional craftsmanship. George (Carpet Palace Rep) was extremely helpful and ensured we were being taken care of. I will always support local businesses and Carpet Palace continued to provide me a reason to do so!

We called The Carpet Palace just before Christmas to inquire about a long overdue carpet replacement. We have used them in the past for tile and carpet and were very satisfied. We did not expect to get our job done until after Christmas but within 2 days of contacting them they had come to measure and had someone coming to install new carpet within 2 days! The new carpet looks and feels amazing and the service provided was outstanding! I highly recommend the Carpet Palace for any flooring needs!

We had old ceramic tiles in the kitchen, hall and powder room that needed removed. Carpet in the living/dining room, family room and stairs. We had laminate installed all over those rooms and it looks beautiful. They were on time and everything was done well and quickly. They moved the big furniture too. The installers worked hard and efficiently. Bill and George were very attentive, returned calls right away and made sure we were completely happy. They were all a pleasure to deal with

Had carpet installed in the basement by carpet palace and it looks great and was done perfect. George was excellent to deal with, highly recommended for all your flooring needs

Bought laminate for our basement and it looks fantastic. Great product. Steve and George were excellent and even threw in a couple extra boards and under padding when I was just short so I didn't have to buy a full roll or box. Highly recommend.

I was driving by the Carpet Palace one day and decided to drop in to see what they had. We were working on a project and I was looking for wood flooring. I found the perfect floor..they had so much selection and George was so helpful. The price was right and the floor turned out beautiful.
