The Carpet Palace

We just had engineered hardwood installed throughout our home. George at The Carpet Palace was extremely helpful and kind. Three men came to install the hardwood, Rob, Costa and Artur. They arrived on time every morning and worked hard for 8 days straight. They coordinated their work with great communication between them. The men always cleaned up at the end of the day and left our house tidy. The floors, and stair railings/spindles, were professionally and precisely installed. We would recommend the Carpet Palace to anyone.

This was the third job that we have used The Carpet Palace. George is professional, honest, trustworthy and available to his customers. He knows his products well and makes good recommendations. The installation team was amazing. They were always on time and worked quickly and efficiently. In 4 days they ripped up and disposed of 1000 square feet of 60 year old hardwood. They attached a new subfloor, then installed engineered hardwood and baseboards The finished job looks fantastic.

In my opinion there are three major carpet stores in Georgetown. Carpet Palace is one of them and the other two shall remain nameless. We started off at Carpet Palace where we got a lot of information from George. On our way to store number two where we had been numerous times in the past.saleslady(?) showed no interest whatsoever. carpet samples are over there.. a rough estimate? Oh no, someone would have to come out, take measurements and then give you an estimate. Within minutes we were out of there and headed back to Carpet Palace to place an order. Enter Tarik and Eren three weeks later who did an excellent jobmoving furniture, removing old carpet and putting back the furniture after new carpet installed. They work extremely hard. Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else. George, Tarik and Eren are the best!

Wonderful service right from showroom to installation . Entire home completed in 1 1/2 day. 2nd floor completely re carpeted including stairs and main floor now has vinyl plank installed. George helped perfectly match ourcarpet colour to floor. More than pleased with end result. Installation crew were fantastic. They were on time, worked extremely hard and cleaned up as job progressed. Carpet Palace too kept in touch during install to make sure all was progressing well. Had a runner installed on our curved staircase and we also carpeted the basement stairs. The premium underpad makes walking on the stairs so comfortable. Everything was installed neatly when promised. Looks great. Dealing with the store was very easy.
