I was so impressed with my experience working with the Carpet Palace team. Not only was Bill helpful with carpet selection, he came to measure my stairs promptly. Although when I ordered my carpet runner Bill said that it would take about 3 weeks to come in, he surprised us by getting it by the following week and had installers come to install that same week. The installers were quick and were in and out in a little over an hour. I highly recommend The Carpet Palace and will be a returning customer in the future.

Most of the flooring in our home, of 32 years, is from Carpet Palace as they also sell Laminate and Ceramic flooring. Unsure of what we wanted, we were shown a host of options for our stairs and upper hallway. Both George and Bill were very informative on the varying styles and textures. With their help we managed to land on what we feel is perfect. The installers were quick, arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. Follow ups are handles with a smile - most appreciated.

We required a runner for our hardwood stairs. George was very helpful and patient in walking us through the selection process and in the end we came off with a great choice with a reasonable price. We did have a minor adjustment required to the carpet post installation, which was promptly attended to our satisfaction as well. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a carpet.
